I went out the next day and found out that the other rooms were not like this. This made me very sad. I felt so sad. I didn’t fall asleep at 3 o’clock in the middle of the night and woke up eight times a night. Now I’m in a trance. 飯店附近機能設施良好、去哪裏都很方便、萬柳公園在附近、離早市（需要很早起床6點去逛、8-9點就收攤了）和中街（可以逛街）都很近、出飯店門往左轉直走、過一個紅綠燈、100公尺就有兩間餐廳很好吃、價格合理便宜

還不錯，具體離中街近不近我不清楚，我們出行大多是打車，基本都是十來塊錢一趟。我從機場過去，動車站出來，就走一段路，還是可以的。小沿河早市我們也是走着去的 1點幾公里還行，但是早市太多人了，吃不飽，排隊夠嗆。去了亞明市場，還行，人少，反而能買點東西，板栗好吃，便宜10元一斤，值得擁有。

房間衞生很好，設施也不錯，但是位置較偏。前台服務人員缺乏培訓，問個事情愛搭不理，就是一個招待所服務員的水平，與酒店規模不相配。全國各地住的基本上都是維也納酒店，已經好多年了，這是最打臉的一次。定的是大床房，到了一看房間裏多出來一張小床，搞得房間非常狹小，實際房間與攜程上的房間圖片不符。衣櫥裏的電源沒有固定，存在安全隱患。

地理位置好，環境乾淨衞生，服務態度非常好，洗漱工具齊全，24小時熱水，還有礦泉水和茶葉免費提供。非常滿意。

預訂非常方便，入住也快，前台服務態度非常好，房間也乾淨無味道，666！

酒店總體可以，服務能及時跟進，迅速妥善解決。上班日早上8點離開酒店去遊故宮，遇上堵車，建議住客上班日避開上班交通高峯出門。
