沒想到這個老牌的三星酒店帶給我們很大的驚喜，房間及衞生間的衞生都很乾凈，早餐是自助餐，品種很多，味道很好，服務水平很高，離魯迅故居，沈園等景點很近，不行15到20分鐘就到了，離公交站及地鐵站也很近，走路10鍾就到了，酒店附近還有很多景點，如秋瑾故居，塔園公園等。

説説真實感受，先説優點也是唯一的優點就是在離故居較近的酒店裡麪算相對便宜的。不足之處很多:酒店設施老舊，家庭房在走廊盡頭、臨街，住的時候很吵（有一説一，另一個雙人床房不臨街，隔音效果據説不錯）;在家庭房裡掛了少兒不宜的畫（竟然沒有考慮到家庭房會有小朋友，服務不夠細緻）;早餐很差，品種不多也不好吃。
