感覺一般，裝修還是比較老了，裏面的東西顯得土氣。然後前台服務一般，效率低，提供的茶水都是過期臭的，感覺對不起開元這個品牌。

酒店網上圖片完全一致，被子和毛巾挺乾淨的。有潔癖的我都挑不出毛病，訂的大床房，前台説房間比較空，免費給我們升級了家庭房，房間很大真寬敞。大廳進來放了很多綠植，給人的感覺很舒服。酒店服務不錯，孩子的衣服落酒店了，還幫忙快遞回去來。
物美價廉，很值得入住的

環境真的沒得説，房間面積很大，很乾凈的，阿姨打掃衞生也是很及時，佈局合理讓人很舒服，價格很實惠，非常出差首選，希望價格不要上漲。價 哈哈 在網上隨便搜的附近找的店意外的乾淨舒適離書聖故里秋瑾紀念塔 魯迅故里小西河歷史街區倉橋直街蔡元培故居都挺近的出門就是公交地鐵也就幾百米的樣子出行方便

酒店在倉橋直街，環境安靜，吃住游出門幾百米，都很近，適合駕車親子游。酒店還給我們升級了家庭房，暖暖噠！早上早餐很好吃、種類很齊全，忘記拍照片了，很很很重要的是我帶了三個小朋友都沒收我早餐費，暖胃暖心。

設施：設施挺好的 有送吃的還有早餐 杭州有些同價位的酒店連浴袍跟免費的飲料都沒有
周邊就是景點走過去幾分鐘就到了 旁邊吃飯的地方也挺多的
