Hygiene: The hotel is said to be newly opened, and it is obvious that the cleaning is not done well. Routine cleaning also needs to be strengthened. When we checked in, there was a hair on the towel... Facilities: The air conditioner is either broken or the heating is too sufficient, and the high floors are extremely stuffy. There was a leak in the bathtub. I reported it for repair but it was not repaired in time. Maybe there was not enough manpower during the Chinese New Year... Service: needs to be improved! I checked in around 15:15 on the same day. The front desk had a bad attitude and unclear communication. After a while, I confidently said that there were too many young people and we couldn't clean them. We would need to wait until later to get a vacant room. After a while, we suggested that we give a room with broken air conditioning. We could provide it at night. The heater...it makes people very angry anyway! Breakfast: There are not many varieties, so you have to grab it when there are many people during holidays. In short, if you want to take a leisurely vacation and pursue quality, you must avoid this hotel!

The Yintai Department Store is more than 900 meters away, and it is also very close to Guazhu Lake. If you walk there, it only takes 20 minutes. Facilities: There is a Bluetooth alarm clock on the bedside of the room, a large bathtub, and a gym on the 12th floor. You can swim and exercise for free when you stay, which is great. Service: The young lady and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic when checking in. They also gave rice wine and milk tea as a gift. When I entered the room, I found that there were fruits and love messages from the waiter, which was very considerate. I liked the Chinese and Western breakfast on the third floor, which was very suitable to my taste. It's clean, tidy and comfortable. I'll come back again when I come to Keqiao in the future.

The newly opened hotel has not yet opened in Powerlong Plaza. It is a hotel owned by Powerlong. It is quite far from the city. Although it is a new hotel, the decoration is really rough. The water barrier in the bathroom and shower room is basically a decoration. It's all good. The bathtub is so dirty that you can't use it at all. The air conditioner in the restaurant is unbearably hot. You can't adjust the temperature. You can only turn it on or off. I don't know why. There aren't many types of breakfast, but the taste is okay! Hope it can be improved!

Starting from the parking lot, I feel like I have to study and explore everything by myself. Can this hotel be considered a five-star luxury hotel? That’s a lot of four stars! I feel like the whole of Shaoxing is not ready to handle such a large flow of passengers.

After going back to the hotel and taking a shower, my son and I were bored in the room and decided to check out and find another hotel. Fortunately, the customer service attitude at the front desk was very good and we completed the check-out procedures in a timely manner.
