This 23-year-old hotel has large rooms and new facilities. It’s great to have laundry and a gym! The details are very good: garbage classification, you can get paper at hand after washing your face, 4 bottles of mineral water are prepared, sit and change shoes as soon as you enter the door, you can get shoe covers at hand, etc. Breakfast can meet basic needs, good review~

我當時去的時候是八月二十幾號，帶個小孩一大堆東西，進去的房間是這樣的，剛裝修好，衞生都沒打掃乾淨，看看這個圖片差別，搞個合成板放在那裡，我東西怎麼放，全是灰，牆上跟鼻屎一樣，凌晨12點到的，給我換了三四個房間，換到一點多，我帶着個寶寶呀，折騰來折騰去，最後換了個尾房，房間特別小，窗户上還是好多灰，洗手間也是灰。建議大家別住，剛裝修好，不知道有沒有甲醛，特別是帶寶寶的，我們連訂了幾天，第二天睡醒馬上就退房了，搞笑的是把我折騰的那麼晚，第二天十一點多一點就打電話催退房，説我不是不住了嗎，然後有個阿姨打掃衞生的，我説我寶寶在睡覺，等會兒打掃，非要進來打掃，也是好笑了，去前台退房的時候，有個女的**的，一副高高在上的樣子，本來我都算了的，一副那個樣子讓我更生氣了，後面來了一個男的，應該是店長，跟他反應這些情況不是在推脱，就是不理人，把我們晾在那裡，搞的我們在自作多情無理取鬧一樣，氣得不行，後面打電話給攜程客服，才跟我們溝通，出了問題大家還是找平台解決吧，你跟他們完全就是在無效溝通，就直接叫房卡放着走人，都不理人。

酒店服務員非常熱情，看我們帶着小孩還給升級了房間。最近還杭州人特別多，本來都定不到房間了，但給前如打電話還是給留了一間，小姐姐還告訴我們去西湖遊玩的路線和周邊好吃的，退房由於帶孩子行李多還給延時了退房，真的感覺到杭州有一種賓至如歸的感覺！對了，酒店房間也很乾凈，酒店還有停車場，出行非常方便，而且還是免費。
