From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and extremely professional. We stayed in the fashionable suite. The room had a fantastic view, especially in the evening from the bathtub. Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

春節期間入住的，感受非常好！！相信平時有機會經常帶父母出遊的朋友們（特別是春節期間）也一定也會有跟我一樣的困惑。就是如何平衡好遊玩和父母的實際需求，總想着帶父母領略各種山水景色、但實際上父母年紀大了、除了遊玩要安排合理，每日的吃喝拉撒睡，都到了一個陌生的環境，更是要安排的方便、貼心。麗宮酒店就剛好 1、地理位置：酒店地處韶關乳源縣中心位置，關鍵去哪都不遠，父母出行沒有壓力！不遠處就是瑤族文化博物館，可以領略瑤族的各種歷史文化、政府的投入還是非常大，值得一去！（酒店經理居然説她們都不覺得這是個景點[破涕為笑]）。此外2、3公裡外就是著名的雲門山，可以遊玩玻璃棧道、還看到了舞龍舞獅等傳統民俗，上山有電瓶車+索道，索道排隊人多的情況下、還會用大巴把人送到山頂、很人性化、很友好。 2、設施完善：酒店有一大片温泉，還有中、西餐廳、甚至還有專門練書法的地方，春節期間設施也都開放、長者家不用離開酒店就能泡泡温泉、特別愜意。（而且他這裏温泉有一個亮點、因為冬天很冷，他在室內的部分也有很多泡池和桑拿房、如果不想出去就在裏面泡就好）。在接待那麼多旅遊團的情況下、還能保持比價好的服務、是比較考驗整體服務能力的。不過如果吃飯碰到團餐的話、建議直接到酒店外面那幾個餐廳吃、味道非常好、價格也實惠[強][強] 3、服務貼心：春節期間的服務肯定是有多打折、本來抱着這個心態來的，沒想到e服務真的很好。各種迎來送往、各種妥善處置和安排。聽酒店經理説，他們到了春節期間忙的時候，連後台辦公室人員、甚至領導幹部們也都要身先士卒、出來疊被子、端盤子、做迎賓等工作。。。而且還要接受專人的督導檢查，真心覺得麗宮酒店的管理水平是可以的。 哦對了，除了上述體驗外，關鍵價格還非常合理！的確給我一家帶來了一次難忘的春節出行體驗。感謝酒店的丘經理、細緻入微耐心細心的解答和幫忙，給我們介紹了很多乳源的景點和美食，有機會一定還會再來！😊😊[愛心][愛心]

Transportation: I choose to drive by myself. It takes 3.5 hours from Panyu, Guangzhou to arrive. If you want to take the high-speed rail, you can book a pick-up with the hotel in advance. There are Tesla (2 yuan per kilowatt hour) and Xiaopeng charging piles in the hotel, which can be charged upon arrival. Eating: I arrived at 21:00 in the evening, so I checked in first, let the children eat some snacks prepared with me, and went to bathe in the hot spring (the hot spring area ends at 23:30). After soaking in the hot spring, I ordered the dry-fried beef river from the hotel restaurant (the taste was great). I didn't feel good about the beef and mutton skewers. There was a 15% service charge for late night snacks (acceptable). Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of fruits, fresh fruits, and delicious bread. I feel that breakfast is pretty much the same. After soaking in the hot springs, you can eat farm food in the surrounding area in the afternoon. You must try the fish from the reservoir here. After all, the fish is very delicious due to the beautiful scenery. Service: Both the hotel area front desk and the hot spring area front desk are pretty good. They gave me a room closer to the hot spring area when they saw that I had a baby. Toothbrushes, slippers, and bath towels were delivered quickly after calling for supplies. Water quality: Real hot spring water. We played with it for a long time without soaking our fingers. The staff will change the water in the morning. The water temperature of the hot spring pool is always within 45 degrees. I asked the staff in the children's playground area that there is no warm water from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, the water temperature will be within 35 degrees. In fact, it was not bad, because I had been soaking in hot springs and my body was very hot, so I asked Xiaobao to go to the cold water area and play for a while. Shaoguan Ruyuan has beautiful mountains and rivers, and is relatively close to Danxia Mountain. It is worth visiting twice or three times. The duty manager Leon's service is very attentive and thoughtful, thank you.

First of all, thank you. Almighty Huan Xiaopeng and Xiao Hou were super considerate in their service. They upgraded the room type. We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

I am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people. The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower. The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road. The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink. I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.

We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.
