From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and extremely professional. We stayed in the fashionable suite. The room had a fantastic view, especially in the evening from the bathtub. Our booking included breakfast which was buffer style with many options western and Chinese. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Great stay here. We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

I originally booked two nights online at a discount. After I arrived at the hotel, I realized that it was an elevator room. I was so nervous that I could not sleep when I heard the elevator sound. I tried to express whether I could change rooms. The beauty at the front desk was very refreshing and changed. grateful. The room is very quiet and smart. Just say ”Tmall Elf, help me draw the curtains” and other instructions, you can feel the elegant environment and the convenience of light and wisdom. Both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the restaurant. After eating, the surrounding environment for a walk is not bad. When you go out to the right, many residents in the neighborhood are walking on this road. If you are in the park, you can come down a little later, even better! The water temperature is normal and hot. It is super suitable for people with different needs. It is close to the children's pool and meets the needs of the family with children.
