A newly opened hotel, the decoration is very stylish, the facilities are very new, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is professional and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious! The floor-to-ceiling windows feel very good looking out the window.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it has been pleasant indeed. The staff at the reception desk, Daisy, Rita, Ivy and Ella were very helpful. The bell boy, Wesley Xie was exceptional as he paid first for our Didi taxi ride out of his own electronic purse without pressing or reminding us to reimburse him. The front desk manager, without disclosing his name went out of his way to exchange hkd200 for us, using his own Rmb cash on our day of departure. This saved us the trouble for going to the Bank of China for Forex Exchange. Overall, this hotel 's staff served us with the attitude: Customer is the king.

The hotel is different from what I imagined. First of all, it is located in Shantou Small Park, but this location is ten kilometers away from the small park, which is a bit far. Secondly, the hotel is newly renovated and the smell of formaldehyde is very strong, and the air conditioning is not ventilated enough. Furthermore, I booked a superior family room and thought it would have a small living room (otherwise it would have to be partitioned off at least a little). Then it was divided into two small rooms, but in fact I entered the room directly and there was only one bathroom, which was very inconvenient.

very satisfied. It’s convenient to come in at the back door of the school and you can park for free. The lobby is spacious and the service is good, the room is clean and bright, and the bath water is large and good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and you can have a full meal. Lunch is also very convenient to eat in the restaurant on the third floor. High cost performance is recommended.

I was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.
