It is what a good hotel should be like. The room is clean and the bedding is impeccable. The water temperature is suitable and they thoughtfully inform you that bathing in plateau areas should not take more than 10 minutes. The front desk staff are also very nice. The breakfast at Shangri-La is also rich and delicious. The key point is that you can tell from the name that the room can supply oxygen (you need to contact the front desk for oxygen supply service). You can go hiking at night without worry. You don’t have to worry about high reflexes. Anyway, you can breathe oxygen while lying on your own bed, so you have peace of mind😼

I stayed in the suite at this hotel. It was a great and very comfortable stay. Everything about the suite was elegant and built for comfort. The hotel has a restaurant that makes delicious Yunnan inspired dishes. The yak stew and the potato dishes were especially good. The staff was nice and friendly although language presented a barrier. (Thankfully there are translation apps.). The pool was a little weird though. It's presented more like a pond in the middle of the hotel rooms. There seems to be only one access point to the pool and there is zero seating. Its rimmed by plants and trees. Very strange. But thats the only criticism of the hotel. Everything else meets and exceeds expectations of a hotel. And its within walking distance of the old town.

location is great for the town and Nappa Hai Lake which was awesome.A beautiful hotel full of culture. Beds are the comfiest in the world! Carol on reception was superb and help us out of a very stressful situation when the airport was closed because of snow. We were exceptionally grateful for her excellent english skills. Mark the waiter/ noodle chef was also extremely helpful. He spoke no English but was very patient with my Chinese. Many staff were off sick with covid as it was a few days after restrictions were lifted when we visited. Still everyone was working twice as hard to cover their colleagues. This lead to one of our rooms not being cleaned one day. Not the end of the world. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The room is nice, Tibetan style, with complete equipment. Ms. Lazheng at the front desk helped me upgrade the suite. You can see the Dafo Temple from the front window, and the ancient city dwellings from the back window. The view is quite good. Stayed for one more night, and it rained on the second night. It was very comfortable to open the window to listen to the sound of rain at night. I was traveling alone, and La Zheng and Uncle Dawa were very friendly and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, picking up and dropping off the trip, recommending restaurants and attractions, and helping to avoid pits and lightning. The whole experience is very comfortable. I originally planned to change the hotel experience after staying for one day. It was so comfortable to stay for another night. Next time I have a chance to come to Shangri-La, I will consider staying here again. recommend!

This is my kind of place. I stayed in the 4 bed (2 bunk beds). There are drawers and and shelves to put away your belongings in a nice sturdy bunk bed that doesn't make noise when your move. It is a typical Chinese mattress, however I found it comfortable. It also has a heated mattress pad with 3 settings. The shower is a small room that is all tiled and clean, and it's separated from the men's shower. The toilets are also separated and it's a heated toilet seat. Rulan,the innkeeper, is super friendly and arranged discounted tickets to the Songzanlin Lamasery one day and the Pudacou National park another day. When I became anxious about the bus, Rulan was supportive when I texted her. One night she served a really nice tea to me and the next she brought me heated soy milk. I expecially like that there is a small garden and a outside rooftop deck. Washing machine is available for 15CNY and can be hung on the upper deck which has a nice view!

The location of the halfway house was great. Right in front of the mountains and easily connects to the path on the way down. The service was good, they had an English menu and spoke some English. Very friendly and kind. The room is standard but cozy with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and clean. The air is so cool and nice that having no AC is not a problem. We slept with the balcony opened and had no issue. I definitely recommend the room to anyone doing the hike. It was breathtaking view that you can’t experience anywhere else.

Amazing. So to avoid confusion for others, this hotel is located just below TeaHorse G.H. If you’re planning to hike the Upper and middle like we did (not Naxi). We absolutely loved the tranquility & nature immersion. Swimming pool & Hot water jacuzzi were amazing and definitely picturesque. The food was a big downside lol, but this was expected as we read the reviews before hand, we ordered 300-400rmb worth of food to try nonetheless & we needed to fuel up as it’s the only food time 5:30-8pm. There was a local Naxi tribe dancing show which we joined in at 7-9pm (very loud so it was no point to stay in the room as well.) Staff were very friendly and attentive. They even offered to drive us / pick us up if needed but as we were hiking the owners daughter walked us up the mountain 5-10 mins up where TeaHorse G.H. was. Our room was a 2 level house, very open (no curtains in the bathroom or downstairs levels) but were told they were going to install them later, balcony view is beautiful, awesome bath with the view, toiletries all there too. Breakfast was perfect for the hike ahead, small breakfast steak, egg, sweet potato, congee, coffee. I personally loved the cold plunge pool the previous afternoon and morning as recovery for the mind & body.

Very nice place, the room is big, The bed very comfortable and the shower works perfectly. The bathroom was clean but some hair on the floor, but overall okay. The location was really breathtaking, simply wonderful. The room was cleand and cozy (even had electric blankets to keep you warm in place of air conditioning!) and restaurant served tasty, Chinese dishes in good prices. Overall, the experience - together with the hike - was very nice but it has to be noted that in case of the simplest no-bathroom room, the shared public toilet and bathroom is quite a disgusting experience. We've seen a lot and this one 'topped' it all.

A very unique hotel, full of Tibetan culture. The most special thing is the room door lock. It is a big lock that has not been used in decades. It is said that the boss brought it back from Nepal on a special trip. Every service staff tried their best to provide all the help, and the beautiful women at the front desk helped to move the luggage. My favorite for breakfast is coffee☕️, which is slightly bitter but very fragrant, rich in fruity flavor, and has a strong sweet aftertaste. The waiter said that the boss lady selected it after tasting many types of coffee beans. She is really thoughtful! We originally booked the hotel for three days, but the elder Gao Ni said he wanted to cancel the stay. Before checking out, the waiter was very attentive in helping us plan a new itinerary, so we had no regrets despite the big changes in our trip.

It is very clean and the floor heating is also very warm. The snack boxes in the room are all Tibetan specialties. They are delicious! The terrace room I booked is so lovely. When you walk out of the room, you can see the full view of the Napa Sea and the Shika Snow Mountain, the No. 1 God of Wealth Mountain🏔️. The hotel has its own small flock of sheep, which are very friendly and cute. You can feed them when you have free time. Or go out to the Napa Sea grassland to watch yaks riding horses. Or drink coffee and tea in the room and lobby, both are provided free of charge. Without going out at night, the yak hotpot in the restaurant is really filling and delicious😋 It’s really suitable for a vacation. I hope I can come again in the summer. A B&B that I must 5️⃣🌟ravely review‼ ️ It’s a very healing place. It was already at the end of the trip, but I didn’t want to leave. I have too many so I won’t post them otherwise I will have to upload them all night😁 P1-3 can see the scenery outside when staying in the room. We can watch the lively pictures while lying down here🗻 P4-9 There is a grassland downstairs. There are ponies, puppies and lambs. You can play with them. There are many others that I haven’t uploaded because I want to enjoy them alone hahaha🐎🐶🐑 P10 was a place where I made my own coffee. I walked around and made a cup. If you want to have afternoon tea delivered to your room, you can directly tell the person in charge of the B&B. They respond very quickly. I would like to mention something special here. 營地位置和景觀、基礎設施、餐飲內容都非常好，硬件條件屬於王炸級別： 1）營地位置和景觀：直麪哈巴雪山，且處於一片寬闊牧場的高處，帳篷外有牛羊，位置和事業非常好 2）基礎設施：公共衛生間比想象中大，衛生間配備紙巾、馬桶衛生墊、洗臉巾、一次在漱口杯等，各種細節非常貼心。帳篷裏有電，可以各種充電，有燈，床枕頭被子非常柔軟乾淨，上還有電熱毯，晚上睡覺很溫暖。唯一覺得可以再精益求精提高的是建議增加蹲廁，否則還是覺得有點不衛生；然後浴室和廁所分開。（例如在蘭花坪牧場上廁所就感覺比較乾爽衛生，因為是蹲廁，且旁邊不會因為洗澡而地濕） 3）餐飲內容：包晚餐，一天菌子火鍋，一天土雞，食材非常用心，高於預期，吃得飽。 4）其他：國慶節晚上放煙火、點篝火，可以感受到店家想要提供豐富的體驗內容，這個點贊。晚上上菜的女性服務員還有第二天引導我們騎馬的男性服務員都感覺很用心、很真誠。 但客觀評價，還有可以提高的部分：前期溝通、信用程度、基本禮貌和對客人的基本尊重。 1）前期溝通 a）7/7就小紅書聯繫了姜姐想定國慶的小木屋（因為衹有一間很搶手，且攜程上尚無法預定十月的，所以想小紅書聯繫儘快定），姜姐回復國慶太早了要9月才定，等我8/17上攜程預定時，小木屋已經被定出去了。 b）由於徒步行程安排，想跟姜姐確認可否其中一天住到蘭花坪營地，姜姐說9/15能確定，後來也沒有主告知是否又餵豬，等我9/20再確認告訴我已經沒位置。 c）姜姐多次要與我聯繫溝通我的行程問題，但我由於在上班沒辦法及時接電話，給姜姐回電話時姜姐也說自己在忙不方便接電話，折騰了很久都沒聯繫上，其中有一天約定要打電話給我等了一天也沒打。其實後來知道姜姐要討論的事情，微信上也可以討論清楚，不明白為什麼沒有微信文字或語音留言就好，多次這樣且說自己在忙讓我覺得酒店是不是真的想與我聯繫。感覺溝通很不暢。建議與客人聯繫應該要以客人方便的時間和方式為準，可以文字的就文字。 上述三個情況讓我感覺自己作為客人並不是很被重視，也沒什麼信用和回應度，所以需求都被擺在最後，所以不是很滿意，可能酒店的精力都去接待一次性預定好幾頂帳篷的團隊了。 2）信用程度： 8月份電話溝通國慶安排時候，姜姐報的騾子價格非常便宜，當時我覺得不貴，就立刻決定要定騾子。后8/25和9/4，我覺得口說無憑，避免日後漲價，我微信請姜姐把再跟我文字確認騾子價格，姜姐多次答應要發都沒發，當時就覺得有貓膩，也覺得商家沒有其他評價說的那麼真誠，閃爍其詞的。等我到達營地前幾天再電話確認騾子價格，已經變到700元/天了，我問之前不是電話中說600元（印象中），為何漲價，她說因為國慶要給馬夫多100元，那這樣我們就失去提前預定的意義了。我本來想請包車師傅直接幫忙聯繫哈巴村的馬夫問價（因為之前看到小紅書印象價格是300元/天，我覺得酒店肯定收貴了），但我後來想想，還是再信任老闆一次，就算了。 後來包車師傅來接我們的時候確認，哈巴村的騾子到黑海衹要300元/天。這些騾子都是從哈巴村上來的。所以預算吃緊的同學可以自己找渠道聯繫哈巴村馬夫。 基本禮貌和對客人的尊重程度： 多次微信溝通不稱呼，電話溝通稱我小楊（這裏我還可以接受，覺得這樣喊親切），到營地后，沒想到竟然連名帶姓在帳篷外喊我全名，叫我從帳篷裏出來，我也是震驚，覺得是遇到了領導還是班主任啊，基本禮貌、基本尊重都沒有，當時就覺得很刺耳。住過這麼多酒店，好的差的都有，沒有這樣對待客人的。 建議溝通時學會稱呼的基本禮貌，像酒店一樣XX女士喊不出來沒關係，但凡喊個小姐姐，小姐，您，都可以呀…我聽過最好聽的就是兩次叫了我名字（沒帶姓）。 建議溝通中使用“您”“請”等禮貌用語，關係是平等的，尊重是互相的，而非自稱自己為x姐，一上來就撐客人為小x等，畢竟客人跟您們溝通都是很有禮貌的，尊稱x姐和您，不會喊您全名，不必非壓客人一頭吧。 綜合上述優缺點，本次入住體驗不佳。我可能不會推薦給其他朋友，因為心情會不好。如果下次來，我會選擇旁邊其他營地（旁邊還有其他兩家同等價位的營地，這個景觀並非此酒店壟斷）。

The Napa Sea grassland facing the hotel is now available for horseback riding in winter, but it should be a different scenery in summer. I didn't take any photos of the room. The two windows in the double room have a great view. I sat on the window sill and read a book and looked at the beautiful scenery outside. The room was very clean and tidy.
