Fantastic modern minimalist room design but equipped with luxurious feel necessities. The Homestay is manage by a wonderful couple who willing to provides assistance to customers request about the amenities. Very clean and comfort since is nearly open in 2023, beside it located inside the Dukezong ancient town . Thank you for the wonderful stay and suggestion during my 3D2N stay with snowing happening early morning !!!! May both of them have great business and sure will return one day here

Runjing·Muqi is the most correct choice for this journey Service: Butler-style service. Although the location is not as convenient as in the ancient city, the hotel has basic food, drink, and medicines, and the restaurant's products are very good. Facilities: floor heating, oxygen (available every night), smart toilet, bathroom heater, electric curtains, etc. are all very modern. Big Ears is an extremely enthusiastic dog, the kind of dog that happily greets you with its tail wagging as soon as you get off the car, making you feel the warmth of coming home. The boss is very talkative and will give good travel suggestions. The hotel will also provide pick-up and drop-off services from the high-speed rail station based on occupancy status. Lying on the bed, opening the curtains, the beautiful scenery comes into view~ It’s beautiful and worth it~~

The location was really breathtaking, simply wonderful. The room was cleand and cozy (even had electric blankets to keep you warm in place of air conditioning!) and restaurant served tasty, Chinese dishes in good prices. Overall, the experience - together with the hike - was very nice but it has to be noted that in case of the simplest no-bathroom room, the shared public toilet and bathroom is quite a disgusting experience. We've seen a lot and this one 'topped' it all.

For a family trip, we booked three rooms, two standard rooms and one double room. We stayed here for 3 nights and overall I was very satisfied. Facilities: Very new, with floor heating, bathrooms with dry and wet separations, electric toilets, and an oxygen machine (although it’s useless haha) The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep every night. Environment: Inside Dukezong Ancient City, the location is very good. Although the sign on the facade is a bit small, there is something special when you enter. You can also see the tower opposite from the balcony. Service: The boss and the landlady are very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. Hygiene: Clean, there is no dust on the table, the decoration is modern and simple, and it is very comfortable visually. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, with only highland barley cakes and egg and soy milk porridge. However, it is understandable that cooking on the plateau is inconvenient, so it is no problem to eat full.

The water temperature is suitable and they thoughtfully inform you that bathing in plateau areas should not take more than 10 minutes. The front desk staff are also very nice. The breakfast at Shangri-La is also rich and delicious. The key point is that you can tell from the name that the room can supply oxygen (you need to contact the front desk for oxygen supply service). You can go hiking at night without worry. You don’t have to worry about high reflexes. Anyway, you can breathe oxygen while lying on your own bed, so you have peace of mind😼

The room was upgraded for free for us! ! Then I went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the day before. It was a bit high and I didn't feel very comfortable in Shangri-La. The room is also equipped with an oxygen concentrator and floor heating, which is very comfortable. The uncle who picked us up at the station was also very enthusiastic and friendly. He introduced us to landmark buildings and customs along the way, which was great! This trip was recommended by a colleague, and I will recommend it to other friends next time!

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me

The hotel staff were very welcoming and gave great information about the area. They also provided a free serving of fruit when we arrived, and explained how to turn on the humidifier and oxygen machine in the room. The hotel is located in ancient town, but Didis can still reach the front door of the hotel. It is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. We had an early flight, and the hotel helped schedule a Didi for us. The hotel also had three sweet cats. The shower head was a little low, but aside from that the amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. 😊

Just near the entrance of the village, there are few tourists coming to Nero recently, and this is our wave of guests. The room was clean and large, with heating and cooling air conditioning. There is a proprietress at home alone, and the noodles are delicious! I went to hike the colorful waterfall the next day and came back to check out at 3 pm. Before leaving, the proprietress also sent two wild Rhodiola, which is used to soak water to deal with high inverse ratio capsules! The bedding is a little unsatisfactory, the spring mattress can feel the spring, and the quilt is not too comfortable. However, this seems to be a common problem in the homestay, and generally the homestay at the same price is not as good as the hotel.

I was worried that the sound of the river would be noisy, but the bed and quilt pillows were very comfortable. It was rare to sleep until dawn for so many days. The inn also operates a restaurant. Breakfast is a large bowl of tomato and egg noodles. You can order lunch and dinner. The dishes fried by Liumei are delicious. After the colorful waterfall, they are tired and hungry. When they enter the door, the six sisters give three chicken blood plums. Take a bite, sweet and crispy, and stay for two nights. I like the air and water here very much. The inn is2.8 kilometers away from the entrance of the colorful waterfall and has a free car pick-up service.
