Ganden Sumtseling Monastery
The price is very high and the service is very attentive. I stayed at Shangri-La Hotel on the first night. The next day we switched to Tang Xiang Jia Xiu, and the result was unexpected. The room was spacious, clean and hygienic, and the restaurant was very rich. The hotel is located at the entrance of Songzanlin Temple Scenic Area, and it is very convenient to visit Songzanlin Temple Scenic Area. The location is great.

Balog Zon Shangri-La Grand Canyon National Park
The environment is okay, the hygiene is okay, food and accommodation are okay, the scenery is good, and the itinerary steward is also very responsible. It snowed too much in the morning, so it was a pity that we couldn't go up to the pagoda. Another minor incident during my stay at the hotel was that the parking entrance to the second building was blocked by a car contacted by other residents. The car could not be parked. The staff did not take the initiative to negotiate with them or help move the luggage. The whole family was carrying 5 suitcases. We ran up three floors, it was so sour and refreshing.

Dukezong Ancient City
location is great for the town and Nappa Hai Lake which was awesome.A beautiful hotel full of culture. Beds are the comfiest in the world! Carol on reception was superb and help us out of a very stressful situation when the airport was closed because of snow. We were exceptionally grateful for her excellent english skills. Mark the waiter/ noodle chef was also extremely helpful. He spoke no English but was very patient with my Chinese. Many staff were off sick with covid as it was a few days after restrictions were lifted when we visited. Still everyone was working twice as hard to cover their colleagues. This lead to one of our rooms not being cleaned one day. Not the end of the world. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Dukezong Ancient City
The choice of hotel this time is super good ~ the overall environment is a wooden structure house with Shangri-La characteristics. The former chieftain's mansion was fortunately not affected by the fire in Dukezong Ancient City. Perhaps this is the place in the entire ancient city that best reflects the local folk customs. ~The hotel facilities and services, the young brothers and the young ladies are very kind. As we have always been in a state of indifference, carrying luggage is a big problem, but the hotel arranged everything very well. In addition, breakfast and dinner are also very rich, it feels like eating Shangri-La's special morning tea! We really wanted to preserve the beauty of the hotel, so we invited a makeup artist from the ancient city to take pictures of ethnic groups for us as souvenirs. The Mansion with the lights on at night is really beautiful~ Thank you to all the hotel guys and girls for taking care of us during our stay~

Dukezong Ancient City
My stay here was excellent—after several days of hiking in cold weather, this was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a comfortable bed, hot shower, delicious food all with excellent service. The view from the room overlooking the city was stellar, especially at night time. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. From the greeting upon arrival, to the special attention paid to the guests and the amazing rooms, I would come back here any time I am in the area. Ama and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful to us. We were made to feel like we belonged here. The food served for dinner and breakfast was amazing.
