The hotel is conveniently located and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Just 2 things that caused certain inconveniences. 1. The staff took away the bath mat and forgot to replace a new one. 2. The door could not be closed tightly in the shower room and water did leak out of the door. Overall stay is satisfactory and I will stay again.

The location is extremely advantageous, and it focuses on convenience, whether traveling by subway, bus, or taxi. It’s not far from any tourist attraction. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, 711, etc. downstairs to meet travel needs. On this trip, I booked a family suite with a large bed (1.8) and a small bed (visual inspection). The facilities are very new. The hygiene standards are quite high 👍 The room is equipped with Xiaodu, which is very smart. A small butler can turn on the TV, close the curtains, turn off the lights, and just call it. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated and the smart toilet is very convenient. There is a bathtub in the room, and disposable bathtub covers and bath salts are provided. The room service is also very good. If you are missing something, just ask the customer service staff directly. The hotel provides late check-out, which is very humane👍In short, I am very satisfied

This hotel feels pretty good. I booked two rooms and got one upgraded for free. An An at the front desk is very nice. The hotel's security is also very high. You need to swipe the room card for the elevator. It's very reassuring. The room is also clean and is right at the elevator entrance. It is very convenient to scan the QR code to use the power bank

When booking the hotel, the room with a balcony was all sold. I was thinking I could upgrade to the balcony room when I check-in. In the end, it doesn’t work. But the room with no balcony still surprises me. The notes in the room said it would be noisy in the morning because of the work on the roof. However, I can’t hear any noise. The room is cosy and clean. Honestly, I think Zhotel is the best in this area with such low prices, and the staff are super helpful. You could see a lot of beautiful young ladies walking around the hotel to take pictures.
