We had a great experience at Modena. Judy Jia was a jem at helping us check in to oppose rooms and upgrading us. There was a 3L washing machine and dryer in our rooms which is really convenient, considering we stayed for 5nights. Breakfast choices are limited but everything is delicious! Noodle soup and wafers are freshly prepared. The breads are really soft and tasty. We prefer to have more privacy and left the 'do not distrub' sign at our doors. But the housekeeping lady at our 16th floor makes the extra effort to look out for us every morning to ask if we want more bottled water, tissues, tea etc and always asks to clear our trash for us. There is a mrt entry point just 1min walk from the hotel entrance and a convenient store 2mins away. There is also a shopping mall with a supermarket 3mins walk away. It's super convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay at Modena and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel facilities are quite new, but the room size is a bit small, the transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, unfortunately, there is no breakfast, but there are a lot of snacks around. It is very convenient to take a taxi and take the subway.

The room I booked was a twin room with a coffee shop. The room was very large. Both beds were 135cm wide. The mattress was soft and firm, but the pillows felt too high. The toilet, sink and shower room are completely independent, which is great. However, there is no towel rack in the shower room. The clothes you take off can only be put on the bed. After the shower, it feels very cold because the air conditioner is turned on. It is not convenient to have children in the room. The restaurant environment is average, and the breakfast variety is less, which does not match the price. Although parking is free, there are fewer parking spaces, which is understandable. Overall it is not bad, I hope it will be more perfect if improved.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed is so comfortable I’d sleep all day . Though it’s winter the heater took time to get the room warm. But it’s really nice hotel. Many surrounding restaurants and an atm less than 1km away. The Metro subway is also an 10min walk away. Most of the places I go to are all in the same area so very convenient Thank you

🚘Environment: The hotel is very new and has only been opened for half a year. The location is excellent! A must-choice check-in spot when traveling during festivals, the hotel has a rich and warm atmosphere! 💁🏻♂️Service: I often travel, but this hotel is the only one where I can remember the name of the staff. Max is full of Spring Festival joy, caring and cute, and the New Year’s Eve bonus is a free upgrade to the panoramic suite✌🏻; having a lot of luggage is not a problem, remember to ask for David , helped deliver it to the room in a swish, and placed it in order🥷🏿... These little bits and pieces are enough to prove the hotel's excellent humanized management! 🧹Hygiene: Ken's service is meticulous and he can even call me by my name. The room is very clean and he will also disinfect it after cleaning, so that I can check in with peace of mind. He is considerate in every aspect🫶🏻 Overall, this hotel is not big in scale, but I am very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. I will come again and recommend it to my relatives and friends👏🏻

All requests are answered. There will be reminders before check-in and follow-up visits after departure. The room attendants are polite and considerate when greeting you. The guest room facilities are quite satisfactory, complete with everything, large in size, comfortable, and very hygienic. There is also free parking. The location of the parking lot, various notices and thoughtful reminders, free bottled water in the room, fruit, tea, and coffee are provided at the front desk, and the front desk service is very attentive. I chose this hotel based on the reviews. It’s really good for those of us who are traveling. I highly recommend it👍🏻
