The hotel was bad, on the advertisement says that they have air conditioning, but they don’t! I was in a family room, a room with only one small window that was not possible to open. As the room was very hot(🥵), I asked on the front desk about it and they said there was no air conditioning, only a kind of ventilation system (not working), and they suggest me to open the window, but as my window didn’t open I asked them to change my room so they said that there is no other room for two adults and two kids. The other thing was the breakfast, the hotel was full so there was no place to seat, it’s missing forks, coffee cups, juice glasses, coffee machines not working and spilling coffee everywhere! 🤪. There were taking too much time to clean the table for the next guest, so to get a seat, you were need to clean it by yourself until they come to take the dishes m, really unpleasant situation. At last, I did the checkout and paid everything, once I was on the train station someone from the hotel called me asking when would I do the checkout and pay the missing part, 🙃!
In this momento I would not suggest this hotel to no one!
