The AC was not working so we had to change the room. Then locked the room while we were out making me pay for the rest of our stay days before our check out. No English speaking personnel .

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The price/performance ratio is very high during the May Day holiday, but it is far away from the subway station. The room is also very clean. Every guest is cleaned once a day. The aunt is very serious about cleaning.
