Very good, the lady helped me upgrade the room to a courtyard room, so I can hang out in the courtyard in the morning or feed the fish. It is a very good choice for a back garden stay. Every time I go to the ancient town, I either stay at their house or stay at Zhongxin

The location of the hotel is ideal, right at the entrance to Zhujiajaio. The breakfast is plentiful and good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Changes to our stay were easy to make. Unfortunately, there was one exception with the staff. The colleague who was sitting at the front desk in building 6 in the evenings was supposed to be trained again. He did not greet us and did not return our greetings. This was in stark contrast to the friendliness of the other staff.

When I checked in at the hotel, the customer service staff at the front desk upgraded me, which was great! The room is very hygienic. The bathroom in the room is separated from wet and dry and the shower room is quite large. The hotel environment is good and cost-effective.
