The breakfast was to my liking, especially the salted egg with porridge, which was comfortable. The customer service was good and responsive. The bed was comfortable and the view was good, but the sound insulation of the window was a little poor.

At first, we booked the wrong hotel and wanted to cancel or upgrade, but they said no refund or upgrade, so that was fine. Then, when we entered the hotel, the floor and table were not cleaned at all. It was obvious that the cleaning staff was in a hurry to clean and didn't wipe it dry. When we walked in, there were footprints everywhere. It was like a flood. There were other people's hair on the sheets. We went to the front desk to report it. The first time they didn't change our room was to ask an uncle to go upstairs to check. We waited for more than 10 or 20 minutes downstairs (originally we came to put a bag first and were in a hurry to leave). In the end, we changed the room after a long time. The table in the new room was not wiped dry (the floor was dry), but we were in a hurry to leave and didn't want to do it again. When we came back, we found that the bathroom door handle was also broken. The overall feeling was very bad.

The room layout is reasonable, the hygiene is acceptable, and the noise is not loud at night. The surrounding commercial facilities and public transportation are a bit far away, and there are a few parking spaces. The quality of breakfast is average.

We used points to upgrade our room, but the front desk made a bunch of excuses, saying that it was a tour group that had just been received, or a tour group from yesterday. She said no, but it was incoherent. In the end, she said that the tour group was full and couldn't upgrade our room. It was fine if there were no rooms. Later, I asked her if we could directly book a room one level higher. She said yes, so there were rooms, but we couldn't upgrade. If there was no such thing, don't put it up, just remove it directly. Later, I called xc customer service and it was resolved. xc paid the difference. They didn't allow us to cancel without upgrading, but I won't come again anyway.

How to say it? It's quite abstract. I set the permission here to upgrade the room type. I called and was told that I couldn't upgrade if the room was full, but there were still rooms listed on Ctrip. I asked again and was told that even if the group was full, the Ctrip room was listed but I could reject the order, and I couldn't upgrade. Then I went to the store and asked directly if there were any premium rooms. I was told that they would upgrade only if they had them. I mean, if it was really full, I could understand it. But if there were rooms, they would still make excuses and deceive customers and find reasons not to upgrade, which I couldn't understand. Environment: The location is very good, the room decoration is also OK, the parking space is relatively tight, and parking is free. Facilities: It's not meal time. I ordered takeout and the robot couldn't deliver it for half an hour. I called and it came in less than three minutes^_^ I don't know how to say it. Maybe it's just one robot that's too busy.
