Would like to say thank you to the 2 young ladies at front desk today (29th April 2023) at 4:50 pm have been a great help by getting me a cab via China apps. I am a foreigner that do not use China apps for car booking. They have been very kind to assist me and ensuring my safety.

The hotel is good, quite close to the subway. 10 min walk approx. Has a supermarket next door. Room is well equipped and designed. My only complaint is I stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning lady didn’t clean the room. She knocked at 8pm to clean which is unacceptable. I also saw they seemed to be cleaning rooms were people were already checked out before mine. Disappointed

The room is warm, exquisite and reasonably priced. I received the cruise message early in the morning and couldn't board the ship on time.
