當初選擇這個酒店就是覺得離地鐵站附近，交通便利，但是入住直到下午4:40沒有房間，前台人員態度囂張一副愛住不住的意思，帶着疲憊的身軀沒有讓沖突升級，前台沒有面對解決問題的應對能力，已經錄音並投訴旅遊監督部門等回覆，如果設定入店及離店時間，不管哪一方都需要執行，不能衹對消費者進行離店時間的霸王條款，門店負責人需要對員工進行崗位培訓，如果真的低不下高傲的頭那就不要從事服務行業，打掃衞生人員態度還是不錯，值得肯定。門店公示欄不明顯、消防意識不強，狹窄的過道擺放兩個垃圾桶、作為攜程平台也需要有監管。同等價位差評不建議推薦

直接看圖吧！環境極差！床對着馬桶，房間裏充斥着一股怪味，牆面 地面 玻璃都給人一種很臟的感覺！千萬不要圖便宜來住，前台服務意識也很差！非常非常不推薦 來了必後悔

優點：交通便利，出門就是地鐵站。
缺點：衞生狀況很差，房間有螞蟻。沒有電梯，樓梯繞來繞去。洗漱用品很垃圾，一次性拖鞋也很垃圾。

要求換房間 告知沒有房間可以替換 滿房 建議我們去如家酒店但是需補差價100！！？？ 味道大 衞生差 跟消費者有什麼關係 酒店的問題為什麼要顧客去承擔差價 見我態度強烈 藉口跟店長商量 最後換了一間 3樓房間（原本住2樓）不是説沒有房間了嗎？？？房間都滿了嗎？？？

我們訂的10-15平方米的雙人大床房，結果該商家竟然欺負外地人，給我安排了一個不到5平方米的小屋子不算，還給我安排了一個不到1.2米寬的單人床，我在這個房間裏連一分鐘都沒呆並當即在規定期限內向該商家前台客服提出退房，結果這個**竟然故意拖延過點，又以過時1分鐘不退房為由，強行不給我們退房，騙子無罪卻要我們被騙人承擔責任，這麼黑心的旅店，有關部門還不予查封嗎？

酒店的地理位置很好，在市中心。對面沒多遠就是地鐵，到外灘，城隍廟，迪士尼都特別方便。樓下就有早餐，很方便。前台服務態度也很好，給免費升了房間。酒店就有飲料，很方便。服務保潔阿姨打掃的也非常乾淨，住了好幾天下次還來。這家酒店不貴，設施也還可以，空調製冷效果非常好。
