酒店房間乾淨，衞生，房間安靜，性價比高，酒店工作人員nice，服務態度好，值得推薦，有機會出差到那裡還會去住！

衞生狀況非常糟糕。首先，樓上的每一個空房間的門都是打開的，説是梅雨天，要防潮。難道不怕蚊子進去嗎？第二，半夜在衞生間發現了蟑螂，立馬要求退房。但是前台居然還好意思收了一半的房費。絕對不會再選這裏

性價比超高的一家酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情。房間空間很大，有一股淡淡的香味整潔乾淨，設施齊全，早餐也非常豐富，還可以免費停車。

展會期間入住4晚，真心不推薦，入住第一晚十點半都過了還有派出所來查房，就問一下入住名字，入住幾個人。另外樓下KTV唱歌的聲音特別大，每天到凌晨四點，馬路上不知道是KTV的還是洗浴中心的人，也是每天晚上很多人大聲聊天，凌晨三點被吵醒了好幾個晚上，問酒店前台，説是KTV的人。酒店洗手盆返臭味。

給客户訂的房間，我看評價不好親自去看了一下酒店，還好是去年重新裝修的，房間很乾凈，所以的設備都是新的，客户也很滿意，還有温泉雖然小了點但是乾淨，價格也不貴，總體這次客户評價滿意的。離虹橋高鐵站也近，周邊要隔一條馬路就有很多小店，還有大型超市。

酒店就是個洗浴中心+KTV，帶着小孩到門口大廳赫然坐着兩個*******，還有幾個明顯喝多的先生熙攘着走出來，嘴裏説的非常不文明的語言，考慮到小孩給前台打電話想取消入住，從下訂單到電話取消不到10分鐘，前台拒絕協商，説是兩家企業，衹是在一個樓裏，明明是一個名字啊？給平台打電話協商，平台説核實人員明天上班會妥善處理，結果今早平台打電話説協商結果是酒店已經拒絕取消，並且直接扣了我的住宿費8百多，並且過了預訂時間，我也不能再和酒店協商或者辦理入住，我也是無語了，我這是被平台和酒店一起算計了麼？
