There was nothing great about this hotel except the location. The breakfast was so bad that me and my daughter did not even eat anything at all in breakfast from the buffet. They need to upgrade their bathroom amenities. It was so old. The staff was helpful though. Very cozy and nice cafes and bakeries around the street which made our stay easier.

Good stay even though the hotel was undergoing renovation. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were sufficient. Surprised to see a tub but the tub is not a full bath tub, likely not meant for soaking. Location was good. Very near the metro but I was taking cab most of the time. Only downside was that the check in took really long due to the malfunctioning of the machine used to register passports. Staffs attitude were all good.

The hotel is located right on the edge of Xiayang Lake. The scenery is good and it is very close to where the children will participate in activities, so I chose it. Viv's service attitude was very good when we checked in. Because we checked in too early and the room had not been cleaned up yet, and we wanted to get into the room early to rest, they took the initiative to upgrade the room for us. Although it was opened more than ten years ago, the room equipment is well maintained and the scenery outside the balcony is beautiful. The only regret is that the parking lot is a bit small and cannot be parked in the underground parking lot on weekdays, making it inconvenient to carry luggage.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The main reason is that it is very close to the city and convenient for travel! The suite is particularly suitable for leisure vacations, so I chose to eat and drink here to celebrate the New Year this year! Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and has complete facilities for everyone. Very satisfied! Special praise to Aunt Sun, who served in the room service, for being very good at taking supplements and making sure everything was needed! The takeout and robot delivery are also very convenient! The weather is nice during the Spring Festival. The park next to the hotel is also a good choice. It is a good place to avoid the crowds. !You can also set off fireworks every day! Recommended

Dear ladies and gentlemen at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Fudan, You guys operate the best premium hotel I have ever encountered! It is even better than some luxurious hotels. The amenities and rooms in your hotel are so well-maintained. Also, your rooms are simple but comfortable, just like a refreshing MUJI-style home. A special thank-you note to Ms. Isabell at the check-in desk, A super approachable and helpful lady, who knows a lot about the hotel. I really enjoy the check-in experience with you and I wish more people in the hospitality can get to know you as you are such a definition of a talented hospitality professional, Isabell! Best,

The location is great if you have to catch a train or plane the next day. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. So comfortable that I didn't want to wake up early for my train. The breakfast had a really good variety such as noodles, crepes, pastries, etc. The room had a good amount of toiletries. However, I was disappointed that the mini fridge was empty despite a list of items available being in the room. Also, there seemed to be no menu for room service or even a guide to the hotel amenities. The check in was quick and easy. But I wouldn't say they really made an effort to be welcoming. I had to ask for the gift and also the information about the dinner included in my booking fee.
