The room is large, similar to a suite. The surrounding area is also very convenient, everything is available. Opposite is Shuixia Park, which is not big. It takes less than ten minutes to reach the Shuicheng Road subway station.

The room was clean, but the bathroom had a bit of a peculiar smell. The air conditioner had average power and took a long time to cool down. However, the hotel does not require a card to use electricity, so you can turn on the air conditioner when you go out during the day. There is something wrong with the shower head. The shower room is not big and it is a bit uncomfortable to take a bath. The transportation is very convenient, not far from Line 2. I watched the Genshin Impact offline exhibition at the National Exhibition Center, mainly because the hotel was close to the exhibition area. The price/performance ratio is still good.

Subject: Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadine Apart Hotel on Yanan Road, and I would like to share my thoughts on the experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite good, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The central location enhanced my overall experience, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were a highlight of my stay. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Their warm hospitality added a positive touch to my visit, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. However, as I booked a 2-bedroom service apartment, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen lacked any utensils. This oversight made it challenging to fully utilize the kitchen for cooking or food preparation. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the kitchen were equipped with basic utensils to cater to the needs of guests opting for service apartments. Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the overall positive experience. The location, coupled with the friendly and helpful staff, makes me inclined to consider staying there again in the future. I hope the management takes note of the kitchen utensil issue and considers addressing it to further improve the guest experience.

I want to recommend this hotel/service apartment to everyone who wants a comfortable accommodation. Simply because the staff are responsive, the room is equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, complete kitchen stuff, etc. If you have any request then the staff will immediately provide. The room is overall clean and so called “a house”. XXX D. Tindongan
Shanghai Lingshang International Hotel Apartment (Hongqiao Songyuan Road)

I came here with my colleagues to stay in a hotel on a business trip. I chose a hotel with two beds. When entering, there is a wall cabinet similar to the kitchen, followed by a desk and bed. Then as expected, I unexpectedly worked overtime until midnight, relying on these two cups of coffee in the hotel for half my life. After I finished my work, I went to bed. Is there a glass partition window, glass door or glass wall in between? The lighting will appear very transparent during the day, but it will be a little uncomfortable if one has to work overtime and the other has to sleep at night. Fortunately, night owls on a leash have nothing to fear.
