Orignal room did not meet reservation expectations. Changing room was far to diffucult, and resulted in an unexptected $250 up charge. Food service was awful in that it was very limited and very expensive exceedijng $80 for only three entres. All day dinning was non-existent.

The good- fabulous location on Oak Creek. The bad- inconsistent service, over priced accommodations and restaurant. Restaurant was mediocre at best. We stayed in a creek side suite cottage for $1,800 a night. The hotel added on a nightly resort charge of $160 and $35 valet parking fee. Maybe Biden needs to see these junk fees added on. Paper products (tissues, etc) in room where horrible quality and the towels could be used to sand the walls down. Water flow restriction in the shower slowed it to a trickle to the point that you almost could not rinse shampoo. No place close to a 5 star hotel.

We visited L'Auberge during a recent visit to Sedona. What a beautiful and tranquil property. Our experience was perfect from the beginning. We had a lovely evening on the patio listening to Fernando and Dan play acoustic guitar; it was wonderful. Willow was our server and she didn't miss a beat! She was attentive, thoughtful, warm and polite. She really is a true asset to L'Auberge. We had such a wonderful evening that we decided to return the next night for more Fernando, and this time, Jeff, for music on the patio. Luckily for us, Willow was our server again. She went above and beyond to make our evening extra special! We look forward to our return visit to L'Auberge.

Fabulous hotel! The room on the creek was magical, dining on the creek was beautiful, waking up to a peloton workout in my deck and going to bed with a game of cards on my deck sipping wine under the stars…perfection!

We loved returning to this sanctuary each day after hours of hiking, touring, and exploring the region. Jordan at the front desk ensured that our stay was perfect - from making sure that we were satisfied with our room to sharing insider tips about local restaurants. Josh as the Cress Bar was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable about a variety of wines / liquors, created delicious craft cocktails, and ensured that everyone was having an enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back.

We spent the week at The Creek House enjoying the relaxing a**osphere while we prepared for our wedding. The Creek House is the perfect place for a family stay; individual rooms with ensuite, large family area and large deck, bluetooth speaker for each individual room so everyone can enjoy their own music. The restaurant & spa are equally wonderful, we enjoyed all our meals & services. Definitely check out the free yoga while you're there as well! It was truly a fairytale wedding, ceremony overlooking the red rocks and dinner next to the creek. This resort is the perfect place for a wedding (or just a relaxing vacation). Cannot recommend enough!

This property has been on my list for a while and sadly I’d never return. At best, our experience was just ok. The property needs a major update, our room had so much wear and tear as well as the surrounding community area's. We stayed in a creekside cottage and while seems idyllic, my husband couldn’t move passed all the chipping paint. I wasn’t going to share because I don’t like leaving a bad review but we even had our travel agent share and never heard back from them. While the property itself left something to be desired, we could have moved past but unfortunately the service was just as disappointing. Our overall Sedona experience was great, with the worst part being our hotel. Not as expected!

The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. The food there was truly fine dining every meal, and the waiters and the waiter were friendly. Excellent in their job and well trained.

Beautiful views. Rooms are lovely. Service is lacking. The spa is amazing and very attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful setting but the food is marginal.
