This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge.
