1給2個房間選擇，另外一個大房間電視又是壞的，房間小也就罷了，衞生環境也不好。
2洗手間也特別小，花灑架也是吊兒郎當，不好用的。第1天是自己舉着洗澡的。
3下午洗澡突然就沒熱水了
4續住第2天連衞生都不打掃
5第一次遇到開票還要單獨加錢的
6洗手間的池子很低，小朋友用還好，大人彎腰累死了，還會撞着上面玻璃台。
優點:交通便利，配有插座用電方便。
房間價格上下有浮動，提前訂的102，當天定就89了。
可能交通位置好，人流量大吧。不給差評了是因為幫放過冰箱東西，但是好評真的沒法給。網圖和實際入住的房間差距太大。期望越大失望越大，不會再住了。

從來沒住過那麼差的酒店，又小又破，臟舊不説，每次等一次電梯10分鐘以上，那些好評的是出來逃難的嗎，本來想過渡一下去海棠灣所以隨便住住，結果破壞大好心情，奉勸各位如果要住先看一下再決定吧

老闆兩口子特別熱情，我很早把東西寄放在他那裡，玩了一大圈下午入住，他們也替我把東西保存的好好的，房間也很乾凈整潔 空調，電吹風，熱水壺 熱水器啥的都應有盡有，樓下幾分鐘走路就到海邊，周邊小餐館，超市，葯店都有，特別方便，適合大家來旅遊小住。

特別好，附近價格最實惠的一家，而且很驚喜的是老闆給升級了海景房！位於18樓視野極佳，晚上和早上看到大東海的無敵美景。附近吃飯很方便，強烈推薦！

都挺好，陽台直接看到大海，挺美的。就是生活設施太差，衞生間門快掉了，水龍頭使用年代太久，得使勁掰，希望老闆更換改進。老闆還是很熱情的，很信任顧客，所以我們入住的時候更應該愛護公物。還有就是提醒老闆，放蚊香片呀，最後一天咬了五六個包。

房間設施有點老舊，是大房間隔出來很多小房間那種，晚上10點多回去沒熱水，讓老闆看一下也不耐煩，感覺不舒服，衹住了一天就換酒店了。

這酒店民宿挺好的 首先老闆娘服務特別好 很親切 很禮貌 很周到 地理位置也特別好 就在金茂海景花園裡 走三分鐘就到大東海沙灘 交通也方便 樓下旁邊的銀泰酒店門口就有微4路到鹿回頭景區 附近就有夏日百貨公交站和鹿嶺路口公交站 到亞龍灣 一市場 解放路等等 房間在20多層 很乾凈 很舒適 WiFi熱水 空調都不錯 窗外還可以涼衣服 附近很多吃飯的地方 住了2天 下次來三亞 繼續來住

雖然是公寓，但這家是一客一換新的備品，傢俱有一點老，但很乾凈整潔，老闆很熱情，對他提出的很多問題都能很耐心的解答，這家酒店地理位置超級好，從酒店到大東海沙灘步行5分鐘，到第一海鮮市場打車10元，周邊吃飯的地方也特別多，還可以自己做着吃，太方便了，特別適合全家旅遊，或是貓冬長住，房價不趕在節假日期間也是真的很便宜，總之下次還會再來第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯
