The bathroom showerhead fell off at the first touch and the sewer was blocked! As soon as the water was released, it would get clogged and the water would cover the soles of the shoes. The front desk said it was normal, but they unclogged it after strong request. The smell is great! Poor sound insulation! I could hear the "dong dong dong" sound upstairs in the morning and evening. The hair dryer was still broken. I asked the front desk to send a new hair dryer, and it was even used for a limited time! Simply unheard of! The environment is dirty and messy! My child had an allergy after sleeping one night. I told the front desk to clean the room, but the sheets and quilts were not changed. I told the front desk that my child had an allergy and they changed them. Then there are no compensation measures, maybe because I feel there is no shortage of customers! If you want to wash clothes, it’s enough that you have to pay for the washing machine! It turned out that the washing machine was still full of "stinky water" that had been there for a long time! Summary: With more than 700 hotels, don’t ask for too much! Can't even do the most basic cleaning! This is truly the worst, worst, worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Hope everyone avoids lightning!
