環境：荷花湖景漂亮，陽光充足直射房間。地處商業街出行方便。
服務：熱情周到，有求必應。早點和自助正餐，都物超所值，極大方便了客人。
衞生：打掃及時，乾淨徹底。
設施：齊全且狀態良好，使用方便。
美中不足的地方，發現房間裏有小螞蟻，桌子上沒吃完的水果，會被小螞蟻爬滿，需要酒店採取防治措施。

房間衞生情況非常好，但是在洗手間發現了男士頭髮若干，另外前一個客人用的半瓶洗髮水和沐浴液都沒有更換，留給了我用。早餐品種豐富，隔音情況6分，滿分10分。

酒店最值得表揚的是早餐，還有旁邊就有充電樁，然後就是我定的房間是，一個大床和一個上下鋪，剛開始給我們安排是一個單人床和一個上下鋪，前台是兩個美女，一個非説1.2是大床，酒店九這麼安排的，我説你上來看一下，我定的大床是雙人的，給我的是小床，後來另一個美女給我們換了另一個房，才是大床的。房間臨街，晚上有噪音，沒睡好。

本來看名字以為是家小酒店，到了之後發現是我淺薄了，很大的一個酒店，周邊環境也很好，到附近吃飯的地方也都不是特別遠，晚上的話可以去旺角夜市。酒店環境在這個價位來説是非常好的，房間夠大，乾淨衞生，設施齊全。

停車就在路邊，房間很安靜，户外的陽台可以休息和晾曬衣服，在陽台可以看到户外的公園，真是一個獨家休閑的好地方

經理幫我們升級了房間，房間很大很寬敞明亮，還有個很大的陽台。攜程積分還能兑換免費早餐。酒店房間應該是重新裝修的，看山去還是挺乾淨的，就是排風管道有異味。

很少評價，這次出行感覺評價很重要！必須好評！在國慶期間300多能住這樣的房真的很不錯了！這次出行已經定了三亞的高檔豪華酒店，陵水就想住個乾淨衞生的快捷酒店就行了，我一般網上訂先看差評，因為酒店更換名字沒有什麼評價，還挺忐忑的，結果物超所值，過來聽説23年重新裝修了，房間很乾凈！雖然步行不近清水灣但也不遠，自駕遊絲毫不影響，晚上睡覺還安靜！而且早餐這個價位的房真的算很不錯的了！

房間很寬敞的，窗户也很大，燈光很舒服。衞生搞的也挺好，物品擺放整齊，房間裏沒有煙味，這點很重要，因為我不喜歡抽煙，受不了煙味兒。接待很熱情，很快就辦好手續進入房間了，總之是很好地休息了！

離精英中學一公里多點，很方便。感覺酒店的設備還是挺新的，有的房間是中央空調，有的是壁掛空調，離中央空調近的床位聲音稍微有點大，周圍一公里左右距離，有一些吃飯的地方，超市很多，總體不錯。
