Very nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and more activities. Many staff is very good at their work and well trained. We loved hotel breakfast ,more food and very delicious.😊

This hotel has a traditional timeless look. Its was uniquely design. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. Special thanks to Yoyo from the front desk and Peter the manager for making our stay extraordinary.

The pool is amazing so as the breakfast but the hotel needs a bit renovation since the mold is seen here and there.
The beach nearby is stunning!
Overall: ok but with this price per night it needs some work to be done.

The best hotel I have seen so far. Service is high level. We got extra treatment from a manager Nicole Hu. Could u imagine a personal assistant while on vacation? This hotel has it all. We got free afternoon tea and fruit plate at the beginning of our stay. Trip on boat made me feel like I were in Venice. The room is out of this world. Highly recommend!!!!!😊😊😊😊

Undoubtedly, this was an unforgettable experience. This is my second visit to Sanya in three years. Unlike the last time, I brought my parents with me. Therefore, I specifically selected the Kavi Fairmont Hotel with a unique architectural style and "wood culture" for them in the last three days of the 8-night 7-day itinerary. Yes, as you can see, we have been deeply impressed by the beautiful beach scenery, Yuexuan Restaurant, travel photography service, and room service, especially Judy and 符士荣. I believe I will come here again next time to continue my exciting experience.

I had the pleasure to spend one night at the Fairmont and have to say that it was the best experience in China over the last few years.
The management is unbelievable. Really 5 star service. Greated from my arrival, was given a tour of the unique property. The property actually look so much better than the picture.
The manager is excellent. The staff are too. They made everytthing possible. They can do for you amaxing cocktails and the Italian food is great. And everything is farily priced, not like some of the neighboors hotel.
I would go back again for sure. Thanks a lot for the great stay

The room is huge but Bit old, service just pretty basic.
