設施比較陳舊了，不要相信2023年開業的，裝修起碼三四年以上了，很多設施都是壞的，包括燈，門等。衞生堪憂，廚房桌面上還有油漬，馬桶也有污漬。地下那件房間潮濕，有黴味。二樓的房間空調很吵。另外小區環境還行，管家服務尚可。

房間非常不錯 管家有求必應 洗護用品來自英國品牌 麻將機運行流暢 空調如同冰櫃 因原計劃酒店取消在海棠灣臨時選擇的一家 沒想到給人如此大的驚喜 泳池面積也很大 要不是行程原因家人一度要求續住 體現在各種細節上 房間內基本上沒有蚊蟲 步行三分鐘去看海灘日出 一家人出遊的好選擇 建議minibar要麼取消要麼免費

酒店乾淨簡潔，我們八大兩小，住的富富有餘，離亞特蘭蒂斯酒店很近，走過去幾分鐘，孩子去了水族館，沙灘，跟海豚互動，大人們走去免税店也很近，外賣進不來，會放到園區進門的快遞櫃，管家服務也很好，就是房間內垃圾桶少一些，衹有衞生間有，總之好評，人多首選

正巧趕上亞特蘭蒂斯五週年煙花秀，超炫酷持續了20多分鐘，在這個別墅觀看效果極佳，真是幸運👄屋內乾淨衞生，浴品很有品味，現代簡約裝修風格，符合我的審美，管家服務熱情還挺帥，價格也很超值，大家住的很都很滿意，直誇我酒店定的好。以後來三亞首選，必選，獨棟別墅小院，還會繼續光顧的！（出門一百多米就是海，真的很棒！）

設施：四個房間都比較大，浴缸電視等設施齊全，能滿足日常生活需要，可以洗衣做飯，泳池比較大，且很乾凈，小區裏也有泳池，別墅內的私密性更好一點。

乾淨衞生，別墅新傢俱但沒有味道。體驗感很好，高端有檔次。泳池夠大小朋友玩的很開心。以後會推薦朋友來一起玩耍。別墅離海邊很近，小區環境綠化也挺好，就在酒店旁邊，去酒店吃飯水上樂園水族館也很方便，亞特酒店也住過，但這個別墅是真的香，性價比超高
