Very loud area. Upon arrival there was no one to greet me or check me in. Tried calling the provided front desk number with no answer. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes after making a 13.5 hour drive.

The breakfast offerings were good, a variety of items. The water problem on the floor of the bathroom was not addressed while we were there. We informed the office but nothing wa done until we left.

Unfortunately, my hotel room's door barely latched and locked unless it was slammed. Had to use the other 2 locks on the door to secure it. The plugs across the counter where the hair dryer was hung and coffee maker were arranged did not work. The laminate flooring had not been mopped and the remnants of a large spill was visible. The hotel had positive reviews, which is why I chose it. As I said it was disappointing,

Nice clean friendly staff. Didn’t like that house keeping did not clean room the next day. I requested cleaning service at check in. Other than that good place to stay.

Despite asking the front desk staff for help connecting to their WiFi, I wasn't able to do so during my 2 day stay. I also noticed that the toilet didn't seem to flush properly (liw water pressure). Unfortunately, by the end of my stay, the toilet stopped flashing completely.

The room was very small and not enough towels and toilet paper. They breakfast area was non existent and food was very limited in choice and quality

The breakfast area was closed due to construction so we ate in the lobby where the doors opened and closed a lot, letting cold air in each time. Staff was great and apologetic about the situation and the difficulties it caused for everyone.

Staff and management were rude amd unprofessional. Manager threaten me and was talking down to me in front of kids and counselor. I will kever stay there again and dont recommend anyone either...
