Stayed the day after Christmas and had a great time come back 2 weeks later water freezing experience was not like the last hard to say if we'll stay again

The place is as advertised. Waterpark is fantastic for little ones, teenagers might get bored quickly. Rooms are very spacious. Beds are a touch on the hard side and wish they had bigger/more pillows, very small pillows especially for a king sized bed

First the property price ok but heat broke employees not friendly almost rude except Starbucks pool area cold lifeguards rude and rooms not comfortable i will only go to great wolf or kalahari never come back again

So much fun so many things to do. The waterpark is amazing! Great water slides, wave pool, kiddie play area, water basketball jacuzzi and so much more. A fantastic place to take the kids for a family trip. The rooms are are upper clean even though the beds are on the small side. Don’t buy a pop out of the vending machine, there is no price listed but your card gets charged $5.50. We will definitely be back.

Overall, it was a good experience. My kids loved the waterpark and had a lot of fun. They were too little for most of the bigger slides. It was nice having access to the water park before check in and after check out. The room was pretty basic but clean. Didn’t like that it didn’t have carpet in the room. We only saw one of the costume characters. Check in process was pretty slow but staff was friendly.

We had an awful experience the front desk employees were rude and not helpful it took hours to check in then our keys didn’t even work when we got up to the door to bring our luggage in so we couldn’t get it.

Wonderfully surprised by the magic of this place, especially in December for little ones (I think the atmosphere was similar to a Disney Christmas with sea creatures for a tiny fraction of the price and much closer to our Central Ohio home). The water park is perfect for small ones. Clean hotel and friendly staff throughout the building. I definitely recommend if you have elementary age kiddos or even preschool age children. My daughter loved her time here. Better than Great Wolf Lodge Sandusky. No contest.

Rooms need updated if the price is going to be so much for a room per night. They should offer free breakfast with the stay since it’s supposed to be family oriented. Also, there was an older lifeguard who was rude and yelling at several children including mine. I understand that they should be stern with the bathers but to treat them like they should know the rules is unprofessional and all the life guards should be on the same page. For example: we were able to take our almost 3 year old in the hot tub one day and then the very next day, was not allowed to.
