We stayed in a junior suite which is located in a building adjacent to the main hotel. The +s were a large room with seating area and good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Minus mainly location as our room overlooked a busy road which is part of a main square on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The curtains were poor quality and we could not get the blinds to work so it was light early. If we stayed again we would book a room in the main hotel and not overlooking the square. Only interaction was with staff reception who were fine.

Foul smell from bathroom. I wanted to leave or at least change rooms after the first night but my girlfriend didn't want to make the effort. I wish we had moved. Dirty floors. Ashes on the window ledge. Hairs in the shower. Uncomfortable bed for a couple. Dated decor. Central location. On-site parking was expensive. We parked on the street but not terribly convenient. Staff tried to be helpful.

There is no reception point. The reception consists of a small room where in one corner there are two armchairs and a sofa. Breakfast was paid separately at €10 each. We preferred to do it at the bar. The quadruple room with the beds open did not give the possibility of moving (the beds were all attached). Refrigerator not working. The only window had a view of a wall of the neighboring building a few meters away. Nothing else can be seen. We stayed for three nights, there were two days of rain and not having even an umbrella we asked for a courtesy umbrella to go out: they didn't have any umbrellas available and we had to stay in the room. We asked for two sheets for the children to draw and were told that they don't sell sheets. Negative experience.

The only good thing is the location, in the center of Sanremo. Spacious but shabby room, torn wallpaper coming off the wall, no paintings on the walls, a lot of noise. Large bathroom, but towels don't fit, they are placed on the sofa. Cinzia pension breakfast, a table with a few slices of ham and cheese on it, hot drinks in a thermos, packaged jams; there was even no toast; and this despite the good will of the girl present who even offered to make us an egg, if we really wanted it. They charge 26 euros for internal parking, if you can find it. No kindness from the reception staff, if reception can be called a piece of corridor where you have to sneak in. They couldn't have made a worse choice.

We were travelling with a large group. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and the bathroom is new. We had booked half board. Unfortunately, the evening meal was poor and the breakfast even worse (lukewarm instant coffee!). We had to pay extra for the good Italian espresso. Perhaps it was because of the large group that the staff were demotivated or stressed. On the positive side, the hotel is very centrally located and there are lots of good options for eating within walking distance.

We stayed three nights with the family, a really nice hotel, very nice and large room, everyone was very kind, very welcoming hotel, 2 steps from the Corso and the Ariston, the breakfast is worth the expense, the only flaw is the parking which although really comfortable, a little too expensive in my opinion, but I don't know how much you would save if you left your car in one of the paid car parks, but in any case I absolutely recommend it and I hope to be able to return soon.

I booked 10 rooms via email 3 months in advance for a group of 14 people. On my request you had written 2 NIGHTS FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY but I had put the date on Monday instead of Sunday. A couple of hours before arrival I was contacted by the hotel telling me that I had 10 minutes to decide whether to cancel everything or confirm because my request was for 3 nights instead of 2. Needless to say, they didn't read that I had written 2 nights and until Sunday. There was no way to find a solution (a couple of hours before arrival to find accommodation for 14 people) other than paying for the 3rd night without using it. Oh yes, I forgot... They offered us breakfast! I do not recommend this hotel and their management to anyone. Apart from the location of the hotel everything else was a disaster. From the cleaning of the rooms (I found the bin in the bathroom full, empty bottles in the drawer under the sink and cleaning products in the bathroom) as well as the coffee cups used the next day were still on the table. The parking is a disaster..

Excellent location, clean room, comfortable beds and HD TV, small but warm and functional bathroom, friendly staff. The corridor window looked right onto the square. We did not use breakfast (€10 per person). The only flaw was that there were no parking spaces when we arrived, I didn't realize it had to be booked, and the staff showed us the car park which is located in front of the hotel, too bad they don't have any agreement and for 2 days it cost us 48 €.
