Good hotel with super helpful staff. A good option in San Pedro Sula. Centrally located. The facilities need to be renovated.

Tired after a long flight, as I walked in the room was hot and not smelling welcoming! Asked for towels because they were not visible and the gentleman at the front desk just said, did you look for them throughly? because the guest always call and the towels are in a not so visible place, after all I got them, receptionist at the check out was great.

I graded good because they have a nice cafe and the room is ok, but they need to change the showers ASAP, also renovate the gym.

The hotel is OK for the price and the location. It is a little bit outdated but it’s close to everything.

Its the second time that i stay here. Very dissatisfied with the value of the room compared to the poor conditions.
1. Light bulbs were not eorking
2. Tv remote not eorking
3. The hot water pressure was so poor that shower was with little drops of water
4. Gym conditions were terrible, treadmill broken
5. Phone was not working in the room
6. Friendly staff but it seemed like 3 people were running the entire hotel.
7. One elevator out of service
8. Friendly staff but clearly managung too much for the amount of workers

I arrive at the hotel, check in at midnight, and I paid and they tell me that I have breakfast included; When I went up to the room, I had no towels, I had to go downstairs (because the phone in the room was not working) to ask for towels and they only gave me body towels throughout the stay, there were no foot towels or hand towels. The next day and the other days, there was no breakfast at all (“available” from 7am to 10am), other than one unit of chocolate chip cookie for all guests. For the cleaning service, I had to say a specific time, and when you arrive at a hotel you should not be aware of the hours. When they "clean" my room, and I return at night, the bed sheets was dirty (stained). Definitely disappointed.
