Service was good! Assisted us with check in when we arrived very late at night! Good place to stop over for the night before continuing on with the road trip! Room was decent for the price we pay

We are a family of 5 who stayed here for a night! It was a good stop over while travelling between SF and LA. The room was clean and no frills. There’s one shared toilet with a dressing area with a small mini bar area. There’s also 20% off for the Denny’s next door too. It’s also near to iHOP, Ralph’s and other restaurants. I would recommend!

Easy check in, allowed us to check in 1.5hrs early, close to shops and restaurants, very clean, friendly staff, toiletries provided for free and free parking.

Vagabond Inn is updated and comfortable place for short stay. Great location by Madonna Inn restaurant and downtown San Luis.
There were several un housed people camping in landscaped areas around the motel and one was sleeping under lobby windows late at night!
Bright security lights helped make me feel my car was was safe from break in but light gets in hotel room so blinds must be shut tight to get sleep.

Toilet was backed up, took an hour for someone to come and fix it, and when we called to tell them about it, they claimed they didnt have a bathroom at the front desk, which seems like a flat out lie, and told us to use the bathroom at Denny’s. Sink smelled really bad as well. Fridge was broken and they said they could fix it but never did.

The room was sparkling clean...beds were very comfortable... coffee was available in the room. All in all it was a really nice experience. I would highly recommend this for comfort and cleanliness

Everything was great but the maintenance person decided to start work around 4am and turned on the water; which was VERY LOUD. We essentially could not sleep after that.

Nice hotel for the price . Staff were helpful . There are shops and food within walking distance and convenient for touring the area . I have stayed here several times and will do again
