Ordinary hotel, clean, safe, restaurants meet the needs, there are a lot of takeaways around; the water heater is difficult to use; came here from Los Angeles for a 7-day health observation, the hotel garden and swimming pool are good; similar to the domestic four-star

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, it took 55 minutes for ******* to communicate with the hotel’s system allowing us to get access to a room. It was late at night and I had two small children. The shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t shower, the coffee maker was broken, there were signs of bedbugs, and the cleaning staff opened the door at 8:00 am, waking us up.

The staff are very nice. However we reserved a shuttle from the hotel to the airport but it didn't show up so the lady at the front desk apologized and said she would call an Uber and the hotel would pay for it since they failed with the shuttle service. When I checked my bank account a couple of days later it shows they charged me for the Uber. Free shuttle was my main factor for choosing this hotel so for them to charge me for transportation is unfair and dishonest.
The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean. Yes, you can hear airplanes due to location but it wasn't too loud. My only complaint about the room is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. They are very bouncy so you can feel every movement. Also I could feel the bed springs through the mattress.

The hotel property is conveniently located near SFO and has 24 hr shuttle service making it ideal for stopover travel. The hotel has a chiq little bistro and nice courtyard. I downgraded the rating however based on the location of the hotel in the flight path of noisy planes and the insulation isn't that great between walls making it noisy.

Very nice and confortable. Very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. And just to put it out there there is no swimming pool. I say this because in the amenities it says there is a pool. I think you should update the amenities.
