Absolutely stunning island to break away from daily life. The hotel & staff could not be more welcoming and charming. Full on authentic dolce vita Italian island experience, touching all senses.

We have stayed at this hotel before and were disappointed this time. The air conditioning wasnt working and when we asked we were told it was not allowed by the Government but guests we spoke to at other hotels had functioning AC. The fridge for the minibar wasn't working and the hairdryer stopped working halfway through drying my hair! The
sea view I'd paid extra for was mainly of a row of what looked like staff accommodation. If you looked over to one side you could see the sea but it certainly wasn't what I would class as a sea view. We had been told on arrival that it would be possible to use one of the downstairs rooms to have a shower and change so that we could swim after we'd checked out of our room but when we checked again, we were told we could only use the toilet! The breakfast was good and the packed lunch was also good.

Hotel confortevole anche se con stile anni 70, ma tutto sommato buona esperienza.
Forse l'unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato è la doccia nel bagno molto piccola, a misura di bambino.
Per il resto tutto ok.

Premesso che abbiamo trovato una stanza e un bagno pulitissimi, entrare in quest'albergo è come fare un tuffo negli anni '70. Infatti pensiamo che da allora non sia mai stato ristrutturato come evidente dai servizi, dai pavimenti, dagli arredamenti e dalle suppellettili. Il personale è molto accogliente e gentilissimo, specialmente gli addetti alla colazione, che tuttavia abbiamo trovato un po' povera, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dolci. Questo viene compensato dalla stupenda terrazza con la sua meravigliosa vista sul mare delle Tremiti. L'unica nota veramente dolente (che avrebbe reso insostenibile una permanenza più lunga) è il cattivissimo odore di fogna proveniente dalle tubature costantemente presente nei bagni delle camere. In definitiva, quest'hotel si merita la sufficienza, ma non di più.

Ottima esperienza ma soprattutto un episodio simpatico che vorrei sottolineare. Ci siamo lamentati con il cameriere per una " girella" che a noi sembrava di vecchio inquando sembrava troppo morbido, da lì a poco ci arriva un distinto signore qualificandosi come chef e ci chiede a cosa si riferiva la nostra lamentela. Ci spiega in maniera professionale che quel biscotto a forma di girella viene preparato ogni sera e trattandosi di pasta frolla con zucchero in ambo i lati era naturale che all'interno risultava morbido e non croccante. Quindi nessuna anomalia. La mattina seguente riprendiamo la solita girella e con piacevole sorpresa la troviamo croccante, mi avvicino allo chef che di tanto in tanto usciva sul terrazzo e gli chiedo come mai questa volta non li avevamo trovati morbidi. Ci spiega con un sorriso che aveva accolto il nostro disappunto e aveva ridotto la quantità di zucchero dando dolcezza all'interno e croccantezza all'esterno. Ho voluto raccontare questo episodio per dirvi che i dettagli fanno la differenza. Grazie Chef.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al centro, personale cortese, servizio navetta eccellente con autista molto simpatico e disponibile. Bellissima la terrazza della colazione con vista mare. Le camere, anche se datate, sono molto spaziose. Pulizia buona. Purtroppo però la doccia della camera assegnata era troppo piccola, una persona " in forma" non ci entra!!!! Frigorifero della camera rumoroso e poco funzionante, non raffreddava! Sono rimasta perplessa dal servizio della colazione: alla richiesta di un secondo cappuccino, visto che le tazze sono piccole, hanno precisato che lo avrebbero messo in conto; burro e yogurt vicini al fornetto del pane( un po' di buon senso!) si sono riscaldati; il tavolo lo puoi scegliere ogni mattina, la tovaglia però non viene cambiata tra un cliente e l'altro! Varietà e qualità dei prodotti medio/bassa.

0ggi avevo camera già prenotata da tempo presso vostro hotel…. Traghetti annullati per maltempo, la società traghetti mi ha avvisato ieri e questa mattina….dall’hotel nessun avviso e nessun supporto… mi hanno solo detto di rivolgermi a Booking… come dire soldi persi… ma hotel dimostra scarsa professionalità verso i clienti… mah… voto zero!!! Sono sicuro che con un approccio diverso almeno mi avrebbero appoggiato nella richiesta di rimborso per causa di forza maggiore… Vabbè…. Ho capito … come gira il mondo alle Tremiti…

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Eden per una notte in tre Io , mia moglie e mio figlio intollerante al glutine L’ hotel è molto pulito e le camere sono spaziose Il letto e i cuscini fantastici Il personale della reception molto gentile ed accogliente, sempre pronto ad aiutarti per ogni tipo di esigenza La colazione è il punto forte Ottima ! I ragazzi sono disponibili e molto premurosi Preparatissimi per il senza glutine Infine un elogio grandissimo all’ autista del pulmino nonché tuttofare dell’hotel( mannaggia a me che non mi ricordo il nome)
