The room facilities are all complete, there is also a kitchen and appliances for self-catering, which is quite convenient, but the facilities are too old, there is a strange smell in the room, there is feces in the corridor and no one cleans it

The blankets had holes in them the shades had holes in them there’s was mold in the bathroom I even killed a bug while using the restroom the pillows had blue stain marks on them

It was cold unusual in San Diego and in 2 rooms that we changed the heater was not working. In the first very dirty , locker on door broken and tv not working. Second room was little more cleaner heater not working and fridge very noisy I have to unplug it. No proper blankets to the low temperature. Employee was nice enough to exchange my room on complain but the is in a very poor state and is not a cheap one.

This is the first time I was very disappointed on housekeeping. I left my cell phone charger and cable in the room. I called later and during a period of 4-5 days. Nobody could do anything about it. ... please call tomorrow, please call tomorrow again in the Moy.....bla bla. Obviously someone just pocketed my charger. I had to buy another one. I'll never stay in this hotel again....EVER!!!.
Don't leave anything in the room.... you'll never get it back.
