Property is next to a busy road so be prepared for a lot of traffic noise. I didn’t have hot water for most of the stay. The heater blew lukewarm air so it got very cold. They don’t seem to have onsite after hours staff as I was trying to contact the front desk because of somebody blasting music late at night.

From the outside, this property looks quaint, nice, and inviting. However, the room condition was bad. The bed frames are cheap and squeak terribly with every move. There was hair all over the linens, the flooring was cracked and had a bad soft spot, there was a huge stain in the ceiling with what looked like the presence of mold, and in general, the room was dirty and not well cared for. I've stayed at a lot of good and bad places, but for the price, this was unacceptable. We checked out after night one and moved to another similarly priced Hilton property and never looked back.

The service from the receptionist at night was beyond terrible. She had us waiting for around 15 minutes outside for her to get to the front desk and then welcomed us with a terrible attitude and not even an apology.
The rooms are really poor, the mattress is terrible but the location is great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone but it was convenient for a night.

Was disappointed with room. Not enough towels. Bed was dirty under the sheets. Hot water was absent in showers. Waited 10 min to get like warm water.

Your water took so long to heat … Your iron was faulty and on a silk setting burned my $100 blouse.

They could use some basic maintenance on easy to fix stuff. Nothing unique or special. Use the $150 I spent on the room and go to target. Buy a rod and curtains cover the window so people can’t see in. Change the batteries in the remy, find the back of the remote. Don’t leave the cable box balanced on top of the TV so it falls down like it does, whoever painted inside was just lazy. the Cobb web on the ceiling not good. Simple caulk around the bathroom sink, why not install a basic door stop to prevent the heavy door from busting through the dry way like I see numerous repair jobs on it. Coronado is a nice town but this place needs some basic upkeep

Friendly and fast check-in. The staff is very accommodating. Location is easy to find. Over-all, this has been a easy and great experience.

The property sits on the corner of two major roads, one into the base which makes parking difficult to exit and a little noisy. My real displeasure was the parking. ******* and others said the hotel had free parking but when I arrived, I was informed parking would be $10. per day. I know it’s not a lot but that wasn’t what was advertised.
