Avoid!! I have seen the hotels response to lots of reviews saying they’re trying to harm the hotel but it’s true! We paid for all inclusive but ended up eating out. The food is rubbish. The buffet was pretty much fish everyday which all looked like it had come out of a tin and had been warmed up. The restaurant had an unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in. If you wanted coffee, no matter what option you chose you were given black coffee. All other drinks have to be made for you and it’s as though it’s a task for the staff to make you the drink which makes you feel like not bothering. We tried all 3 meal times and ended up eating out at other local restaurants in the end as it was basically unedible. The rooms are very dated but functional. They were clean and came with towels. The tv presided had no remote so was useless. You don’t get given a double bed you have to push two singles together. The bathroom was okay. There was a bath but no plug so you’re forced to use the shower over the bath. The pool was freezing. But decent size. There are minimal sunloungers around the pool so people tend to sit at chairs instead. The all inclusive drink selection is poor. Watered down and not a lot of choice. The bar staff are rude. One guy on holiday had to inject insulin ( assume diabetic) and the bar staff were calling him a junky! Even when the guy said he would add that to his review, he replied. The snack bar doesn’t exist, you have the choice of ordering a burger, hot dog, chips or nuggets (1 thing per person) and then have to wait for it to be half cooked in a side room and go back and collect it. I have seen reviews about entertainment but all we had was karaoke one night which 1 person participated in and the rest was a music channel on the tv, We left a sign for our room to be made up but wasn’t done once. But when we had a do not disturb sign on the door, a maid walked straight into our room whilst we were in there! The hotel is in a good location, it’s pretty central, but it’s not worth going for the all inclusive as it’s not worth it. It’s okay just for somewhere to sleep but the walls are paper thin and it’s very loud. We booked through love holidays and the transfer was an hour after we arrived, it then dropped us a 10 minute walk from the hotel when other busses were stopping at the door. Would not recommend to anyone.
