My Husband and I travel for work. The Room was not very clean ants on the floor stains on the sheets of one bed. You can hear the traffic all night from the HWY. The floor was just nasty. Really think the housekeepers need some Training or just new housekeepers. Anyways we will never go back again..NEVER...

Very nice room that is clean, spacious, and airy. On the second floor, there is a handy access to a balcony to step outside and observe the area. The staff are polite and accommodating and the breakfast is adequate. During my stay, a hurricane was approaching (see the photo!) so the pool was closed and some amenities were not available, but still had a delightful stay! Fully recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Plus, downtown and historic St. Augustine are worth a visit, there are a lot of things to see and enjoy.

Properly was pretty average.though clean.
Outside is a bit run down and newds refurbishment. Breakfast qas not as stated.no hot breakfast aa stated.just honey buns.frozen croissants and cereals with juice and coffee.

A bit expensive for the price. The hallway floors are very dirty, so are the floors in the bedroom and in the bathroom. It seems like it’s getting a makeover, but it lacks the cleanliness. It’s not far from the main tourist attraction sites, so it is not bad prices decent But needs work.

Hotel was clean even though room had a weird smell. The hotel was being renovated so having to walk up a flight of stairs with all of our stuff was annoying but overall not a bad place to stay.

The advertising said they had rollout beds for our child, but they did not. Breakfast ends at 9am, I travel a lot and have never seen this, and it was not advised of anywhere.

When I booked this motel, I intended to stay 2 nights in order to view the Christmas lights in St Augustine. I had no idea there was all of this road construction at Exit 318 off I 95. The traffic was horrible, and I sat in traffic over one (1) hour trying to get to the motel. Overall the room was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was minimal, and the dining area was too small.

(Some) staff very nice, friendly and professional. Good bbq place just steps away. Outlet mall is just around the corner. Easy access to I-95. Parking right outside my window.
Forget about the free 6 a.m. breakfast, nothing fancy and no restocking juice or most of the food items. Better off going to Wendy's two doors down.
Perfect for budget business travel on I-95.
