Room and bed was good and they came and cleaned each day. Breakfast OK but not great. Exercise room was poor equipment was in very bad shape.. And I love watching the golf channel and they did not have the golf channel

Rooms were VERY dirty, same with the lobby. There was a terrible smell in our room, so bad that we had to buy air fresheners just to cover the smell.

The first given to us was clean, but there was an odor coming from the refrigerator. When we opened it up, it was a foul odor. So we went back to the front desk and they changed our room. The second room was fine, no smell, refrigerator was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels were not soft at all, they felt like sandpaper.
The wash clause and hand towels were fine. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had a fair amount of choices.

For the most part, it was OK however, the first morning we were there we went to have breakfast, and they were apparently out of food. They had none and everybody was upset. It was a packed hotel, and nobody could give answers as to why they didn’t have any food or any explanations or anything

Elevator broken. No fan in shower room. Needs touch up paint and windows washed
Location was very good except backroad to get to it. We liked the suite. Breakfast ok. Coffee terrible.

Me and my granddaughter got stuck in the elevator, no one responded to the alarm. After 2 minutes we were able to pry the elevator door open, the floor of course was uneven. After we got out and reported it to the front desk, the clerk said she knew and that maintenance was working on it. I told her it would be nice if i knew because i certainly would have taken the stairs, she looked confused and apologized stated that she would post that it was out of order. This is totally unacceptable.
