Convenient location and great staff. However not very clean, floors of room so dirty made your feet black and AC did not work adequately. Had to wake up repeatedly to reset AC.

Was so surprised at this last minute booking. Extremely clean and loved how convenient it was to everything. Will stay again!

Hotel was average. Room was very clean but shower area really needed and update. Breakfast selection was really good and had fresh options for everyone in the family. Sabrina at their front desk had absolutely horrible customer service. With the two times we had an interaction she was rude, snippy, and condescending. Personally my family and I will not go back purely because of how Sabrina spoke to us and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. In her words, "we were lucky they could get us a room", we had this reservation for months. Just a horrid display of customer service skills.

Our family stay was very good, the atmosphere was quiet, the room was clean and the treatment from Karina, the front desk, was super friendly and pro. Very informed about things to do in the city. Good breakfast included. We will be back.
