第一次入住，體驗感很差，房間隔音差，半夜有陌生女人拿房卡開門，前台電話還打不通，反饋平台才聯繫上前台，告知是熟客拿錯卡了，難道你們酒店房卡是個顧客都可以隨便拿嗎？熟客她不知道自己是那個房間嗎？門上的房間號是擺設嗎？
