It's an old facility, but considering it's in Europe, it's a decent standard. There are many famous tourist attractions near the hotel, so you can get to them all on foot. The parking lot is underground, and you have to pay the parking fee first to get out.

No other rooms were available in the hotel and apparently in all of Rouen. Too bad the hotel was of a lower category and 30 kilometers from our destination, which required us to commute by car, at our expense, very inconvenient. I don't know if the responsibility for what happened lies with your agency or with the Mercure Hotel in Rouen, but it certainly threatened to ruin our vacation from day one.
