Lovely view of the river! Your hot tub was 130 some degrees however - not usable and dangerous. I alerted someone behind the desk but she didn't seem to find it important. Otherwise it was great.

Quick weekend getaway. Beautiful view, overlooking the river with a spacious, comfortable, room. Also, overlooking the deck area. Not the most sound proof, so if you're an early to bed type bring some noise canceling help. Wasn't a big issue for us and we enjoyed the respite.

Really enjoyed this property with our family. The entrance/commons area is very clean and welcoming. Lovely breakfast options! The pool was clean and the outdoor spa/hot tub is amazing! I haven't found a better view in a hotel in Roseburg either! We didn't deal with the staff much but everyone was very friendly and hardworking. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The staff were friendly and location is convenient and pretty with the river out back but the hotel and rooms were dilapidated. Wall paper coming off of the walls, our door lock barely unlocked which was a hazard, the shower drain wouldn’t stay up, the bathroom was warped due to water damage, floors creaked and you could hear a lot of noise from other people. It wasn’t very relaxing but good enough for a one-night stay. I wouldn’t stay again though. Great for families who don’t care about noise and want to swim. The breakfast was good. But not for people who want quiet or newer amenities and cleanliness.

The property was older which is fine but we had many ants in our bathroom and on second night we lost electricity for hours and the stairwell emergency lights didn’t even come on!! Very dangerous!!

Overall nice place with a view of the river. It’s pretty old and could use an update. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Each room having a balcony overlooking the river was quite lovely although the hotel itself was older and the room showed their age.
