For €70 a night in a 2-star hotel, I certainly didn't expect unbridled luxury, but neither did I find myself in the damp hole, without a bidet, with a broken shower, and a stench of sewage to welcome you when you return to your room after a day. agreed the check in time the room (n27) was not ready on my arrival and I had to wait about an hour before entering. Friendly staff, but absolutely disproportionate price for the service offered. Tiny and dirty room and among other things not yet ready at the time of check-in (in fact, even if we were strongly advised to arrive at the hotel no later than noon, we were not able to get the room before half past one). There was no bidet in the bathroom and in the shower cubicle - whose shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere - there were evident traces of mould. Smell - of course - sickening. Even the sheets were dirty and full of yellowish stains.

Room with wallpaper torn and peeling in various places, department store furniture and dusty. Bathroom with peeling walls, rough floor and shower cubicle with encrustations and blackened silicone, without bidet. The safe doesn't work but luckily there is air conditioning. No service. It's called a "hotel" but it's a "bed and breakfast" without a "breakfast". All for 120 euros. Considering that last year, in the same period and for the same price, he was able to stay in a real b&b 50 meters from Montecitorio and via del Corso in a newly renovated room, I would say that the price is excessive. I will not return.

Located in the Trastevere area, an excellent position for getting around the capital on foot. Friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Also close to many typical restaurants. Also convenient for those who want to visit the city by public transport.
