Moderno Hotel Roma

4 star hotel with a great attention to customer service. Staff is always ready to help you out with anything and they are so lovely. The hotel is brand new so bed is comfy and the room has all the ammenties you may need. We will definetely come back. We also think that the location is brilliant, just in front of the metro station.

Hotel Good, Location Goooood, Staff WOW, Breakfast 10/10 I would definetely raccomend this hotel to everyone. Staff gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room where I had a fantastic Nespresso Caffe that help me start the day! Comfy bed with so many pillows. I tried something different for breakfast every day and it was all great.

Booked the suite with jacuzzi and loved every single thing about my room. Staff was really nice and helped me book some typical restaurants in the city centre. Rome is a true gem and I can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything to all the team

Cute hotel, with comfy beds and amazing shower. All staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially the lady that cleaned our room. They provided additional information about the city including very good tips and direction to places. I will definitely come back :)

Would not recommend. This hotel has falsely advertised itself and people need to be aware. Uncomfortable bed, no wardrobe space, no air con facilities during spring time, unwelcoming and unprofessional staff members, and lastly the hotel rooms are reminiscent of a hospital ward. The only positive take away from staying here was that it was not longer than 4 nights. Do better.

Moderno hotel was significantly different than advertised- in a NEGATIVE way. I booked two rooms for several nights; one was a larger family style suite (that was quite expensive) and another was a standard room. The shower did NOT work in the large suite (neither the shower nor the bath/hot tub). This would be extremely inconvenient on any day, and especially after a day of traveling. Being unable to clean oneself is a huge part of why one books a hotel. Furthermore, the rooms were NOT clean nor comfortable. I requested even a partial refund for the inconvenience however was not granted one. It was curious that in most hotels, there is a deposit prior to the stay and full payment after. I didn't question it at the time unfortunately assuming all would be fine, but given the horrid experience (that Moderno probably knew about, ie, non-working shower), it makes sense they wanted all the money upfront. Who would pay almost a thousand dollars for services NOT received? Would absolutely NOT recommend staying in the Moderno;, with cold, unclean, dirty rooms with showers that did not adequately work. THINK AGAIN if you're thinking about booking here.

Building site. No hot water, terrible breakfast, horrible coffee. Expensive, area around termini, not very nice area at all. The air conditioning works well is the only good thing I can think of to say about this place. Total chaos all round.
