The hot tub suite was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The BBQ restaurant next door is amazing as well.

We came in early before the check in time. The manager yelled at us saying their check in is at 3pm. We stayed for a bit in the lobby. Decided to continue driving because we can’t wait 3 hours in the middle of winter to wait. I came back and ring the bell to informed her that we decided to get different lodging. She did not come out. There’s a better way to communicate her frustrations but she lashed out on us the moment we went in. Not a great location and never again.

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, bedsheets were not as clean as I would like as there was a decent amount of hair under the blankets. Pool was very warm despite the very cold weather. Pools are could use some minor fixes and cleaning but over all the place is very nice I would stay here again.

The place definitely needs updating. The carpet is nasty and dirty, hole in vinyl floor in elevator covered in duct tape, and face of control panel for elevator held on with duct tape. Arrived and was given keys and sent to back door. Got there and the keys would not let me in. Went back to front desk and I was given new keys. Went to the room assigned to me, walked in, and the room had been slept in and nothing had been cleaned. Went back to front desk again and was given a different room. The room was not very clean, from the carpet, to the bathroomm floor and shower, to the walls.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Have an elevator and luggage dolly for guests use. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were excellent!

1st night could not get the TV to work.
Second night front desk person had to come and get TV to work. Only a few minutes of hot water for shower, then freezing cold. Chose this facility because it had a hot tub. Went down to use it and it wouldn't bubble and the water was luke warm at best. Third night hot tub still not working and same experience with the shower.

The hotel was fine and the desk clerk very friendly. Breakfast was not very good as the scrambled eggs seemed to be overcooked.

We had an accessible room. So glad the toilet was tall. But the shower didn’t have a place for soap and there was no countertop. We had to use the ironing board for a countertop. The tiny metal 4 inch shelf wasn’t any help. In fact I cut my arm on it when trying to sit down. And the bed is needing replaced. The pillows are fantastic.

It was super dirty hair black hair everywhere sheets dirty pillows yellow bathroom dirty and lock broken off door and dried throw up on the chair right away went down stairs and canceled it and went to a different hotel I have been there before never had that problem before
