The room was very clean, staff very friendly, only thing we only had 2 kleenex's lefy in the box and roll of tp just about empty otherwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It seemed sort of shabby upon arrival, and it was a bit shabby, but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The photos are a bit out of date. The free breakfast was more mediocre than than the usual less than mediocre. The coffee was drinkable, although there was no ability to make it in the room.

Hotel needs a renovation badly. Carpets and bathrooms are dated. The fridge still had food from previous guest in it.

Unfriendly staff. Breakfast service was inadequate with respect to available items, and quality.
Of all the rooms available, we were put in a room right next to the elevator and the stairs and it was noisy late into the night.
I will not stay at another Country Inn and Suits ever!

First impressions upon walking into the property were that "good is good enough". The furniture in the lobby area was worn and stained. You could see that not a great deal of profit was put back into keeping the area current. Our room smelled, not like cleaning supplies, but smelled with a weird spice/food smell. The television was dated with a cumbersome method of navigation not seen since the 80's. Breakfast in the morning was different. The orange juice was watered down, milk came from a gallon jug, and cream cheese was shared from a tub.
In contrast, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the room was quiet. Both of these provided us with a great night's sleep.

The only negative I have about this place is when I entered the lobby I was the 1st person in line waiting to check in. A young lad was checking in a guest. shortly after arriving an older gentleman walked into front desk. Looked like he could have been the owner maybe farther of the younger gentleman. He just stood behind the counter. Another gentleman walked into the lobby behind me and was waiting to check in. I waited probably another 5 minutes after the older gentleman came into front desk and the guy was behind me in line. As Soon as the guest in front of me left the desk I walked up to talk to the young gentleman, and he got on the computer. The older gentleman started helping the guy behind me. I was in line first he clearer saw me. He knew I was waiting. This was clearly rude and unconsiderate of the older gentleman to wait on the guy behind me before me. Plus when I got down to the breakfast room. They didn't have any eggs or sausage in the warmer. I don't know it there is normally bacon as well. There was no hot food left. I had to go to front desk to tell them. So I had to leave and didn't get to eat a hot breakfast.

The side entry doors did not work for card entry. The breakfast food was cold and there wasnt many items to eat. The entry door into the room stuck and was hard to open

The room looked very clean, but when I took a shower the tub was very clogged. I was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room. The guy working at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Check in was very quick and easy.

Mould in the fridge (cleaned off myself). Privacy doors that do not shut (between bedroom and sofa area of suite). Dirt on the stairs still evident 2 days later). Breakfast poor - hot water (NOT, just tepid - 2 days in a row) asked new management for replacement (5-10 min wait). Nick on reception was great - but the new managers/owners ….. they smile, say “Sorry” and carry on in the same manner.
Been here many times - but will not return.
