The Beach House Boutique Hotel

We just returned from a week of diving and we LOVED The Beach House Hotel so much. It was our first time staying there and we found it to be the perfect vibe for how we like to enjoy Roatan. It is a boutique hotel with three floors. They have a nice restaurant we enjoyed breakfast, cocktails, and dinner. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean. Loved that you could just walk out the back right into the beach and beautiful water. Their staff is friendly and super responsive. The location is great and just a five-minute walk to Roatan Divers. We loved it so much, that we booked another trip at the end of December and we can't wait to come back.

A wonderful place to get away to in the winter time for us northerners. Tried it, without knowing anything, last winter, and we loved it so much we came back again, and have booked, again, for next winter. The location could not be better. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to shopping and the water taxi to West Bay. ALL the staff are amazing. Attentive, friendly, always ready to help out with anything. The restaurant is excellent, overlooking the ocean. Roatan is a diver's paradise, and even though we don't dive, we still really enjoy it. Good snorkeling right off the shore, and even better if you take a boat out further. Tours of the island are excellent. Thank you to ALL the Beach House staff for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come back again!!!

My friend and I stayed here for a week while diving in West End. Our experience was perfect. Upon entering our room for the first time, we were totally blown away. The rooms are gorgeous, decorated with beachy boho minimalism, comfortable bed and pillows, nice showers/bathrooms, and steps away from your sunset swim on the beach. We stayed in room 2 and room 12 and if you have a choice, our preference would definitely be for the third floor rooms instead of the ground floor rooms. Upstairs is more private and has private outdoor space. Room 12 was also huge with a king-size bed. Eat upstairs at Mila del Mar - we did, every day, because the drinks, food, view, and service were unmatched.

The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect for a visit to Roatan. Next door to dive shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel restaurant is exceptional. An outstanding hotel located right on the beach. The staff was very responsive to all our request. Our newly remodeled room was beautifully designed. We would never look to stay anywhere else.

What an amazing 10 day experience with the whole family from ages 2 to 72. The Beach House Roatan left no need unfulfilled! The restaurant is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are the most friendly, I am convinced, on the island. Be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations from the lovely front desk crew!

Wow what a beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff! The rooms were clean and modern, and the restaurant had the best food on the island - try the lobster risotto! The fire pit with s’mores and bar service on the pier was such a highlight of our stay as well. Everyone speaks English and can make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities easily. It’s right next door to the best dive shop on the island - Sundivers, making life easier for early morning dives. Great location with walking distance to restaurants and activities. Family friendly hotel and very accommodating. On site security was always present and friendly. Noisy area, especially on Sunday when the locals have the day off, but everything quiets around 10pm. Would definitely return and have already recommended to our family and friends!

This our 8th stay with Beach House. We have stayed in the highest end places as well as medium budget places on the island and Beach House is consistently our favorite. Everything about it from quaint location to excellent staff, nice newly remodeled rooms and their on-sight restaurant is fabulous. Oh, and views? Best on the list island. The location, right on the beach with its own nice dock (nice dock sounds generic, but it probably is the nicest on the island), and proximity to everything is excellent, without being in the middle of a tourist scene.

Wonderful! A lovely boutique hotel - beautifully furnished and appointed, and the location couldn't have been better: from the lobby in one direction you can walk out to the lovely Half Moon Bay public beach, and in the other direction you're smack in the middle of a very funky, very lively little beach town. The swimming and snorkeling were both fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from a week at The Beach House in West End with our dive group and we cannot wait to go back again! We were extremely impressed with this beautiful new property! The rooms are very spacious with a large sized seating area, a kitchenette and beautiful balcony. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are new, so they are not lumpy! The air conditioners are top notch and that is very important for two reasons: one, it was extremely hot with minimal breeze and two, there are always a few people from our group that stay in their rooms for long hours working on their underwater photos and they often get sick from the dirty filters in the air conditioners, but the ones at The Beach House are brand new so this was not an issue at all this trip! And I believe they will never have dirty filters with the attention to detail the hotel maintains. The balconies are all open/connected to one another, which we didn’t know ahead of time, and next time we will make sure we have the full 2nd or 3rd floor so we can visit one another’s rooms without walking past unknown neighbors (sorry neighbors). The restaurant on site is incredible! But beyond the beautiful property, great food, and amazing location, I want to give a shout-out to the amazing staff! Each member of the staff seems to be incredibly invested in the property – everyone from the security, the restaurant staff, the front desk staff to the reservations. If I didn’t know better, I would’ve thought they were all one family the way they cared about the property and our satisfaction. The staff truly went “above and beyond” to make sure our stay was magical – and it was! As the group lead, I’d like to especially thank Paola for all her assistance! Paola worked with me from start to finish on the group contract, was quick to answer all my emails and gave detailed replies. She even took the time to send me an email to let me know when my room was ready so I could be checked-in and settled before my group arrived on the island! There were zero complaints from my dive group and I know everyone is excited to return to The Beach House for our next trip to Roatan!
